I’ve been a regular at this location for years because it’s the closest location to my house. Before the last few months my order was CONSISTENTLY messed up… Wrong milk, forgot the sweetener, asked for no ice and they gave me extra ice, etc. The workers were friendly, but weren’t great at their job. HOWEVER. They must be under new management lately, because the moment they hired on these new workers a few months ago, I’ve had a night and day difference in service! My order has never once been messed up, I’ve never waited more than 3-5 minutes for my drink, and every single one of the workers goes above and beyond for all of their customers! I recently forgot to order milk with my drink and the worker saw it on my face when he handed it to me and asked what was wrong, I was willing to just take my drink home and add milk when I got there because it was my fault, but he immediately said “Let me fix it!” And immediately fixed my drink and had me try it to make sure it was right. Another time I ordered on the app literally seconds before arriving at the window, and they already had my drink ready and in hand out the window by the time I arrived. Now, whenever I go out, I will go out of my way to get coffee at this location because I am so impressed with their service and friendliness. Keep it up!!

There must have been a change in management or something because this place used to be so difficult and now I can get through the drive thru in less that 5 minutes!!! The staff are so friendly, my coffee is consistently correct, and food is fresh and hot!! Loving this change so much!! Keep up the great work!

I Doordashed food and drink from you guys, and my donut was supposed to have sprinkles but didn’t, it also was upside-down in the bag. And what I’m most upset about, is that you guys didn’t toast my sandwich when I ask for it to be toasted. The coffee was good, though.

This Dunkin store is under brand new management and the new owner is absolutely AMAZING! From the moment you walk in you are treated like you matter. You’re greeted with a smile and a “hi”. Every single employee is smiling, hustling, and acting like they truly like their jobs and are happy to be there and happy to serve you. The donuts are fully stocked no matter what time of the day it is and they’re fresh, coffee is fresh and hot, tables and dining area are clean and the floor is swept and moped. Great job!

Visited on a Sunday at 10am, went in the store, it was open but was told I couldn’t order anything and had to go through the drive thru to order and get food/drinks but could bring it back in to eat… Huh? What? That makes no sense. They were out of a lot of items, out of long John’s, original glazed, fritters, cinnamon rolls, only had the ones that are not popular in my opinion. Went the breakfast sandwich route, out of a couple of breads, got the sandwich in sourdough instead, egg was half the size of the bread, ended up throwing half away. Got hash browns, they were the coin type but all mashed together like thawed and just grabbed in a handful and mashed together and full of grease, threw them away too. For $27 should have gone to IHOP. 3rd bad experience here so won’t be back, sorry.

It’s incredibly frustrating for the establishment hours to be posted that they are open at 5am and then when I get there at 5:20am they are still closed. I have to drive a good distance out of my way before work to get Dunkin, so you would think their hours that are posted are the hours they are open!! Soooo frustrating!!!
