The last couple of times I’ve ordered a regular hot coffee. I don’t know if DD has changed coffee bean vendors, but it has the same quality as hotel coffee. Honestly, I’d prefer the hotel coffee over this. It’s almost like they took coffee from last night and warmed it up. I cannot stress how awful this was.

They shoved all of the doughnuts in the same bag so they were all smashed together and looked pretty gross. Two stars because our drink orders were right even though they all had been spilled partially down the sides. Pretty terrible experience overall since the people taking and giving out orders were also pretty unfriendly. Definitely going elsewhere in the future.

I came through the drive thru early this morning (Friday) and the service was amazing! The girl on the headset was friendly, I got my coffee insanely fast—and when I pulled around front to wait for my food, I was there for probably 60 seconds before a manager came out with my order. And then he apologized for the wait! Ha! Kudos to this shift on a job well done

Whoever the older white woman working on 4/27/23 at 5pm is the best employee this location has ever had. She made me the best coffee for being a new hire. I hope she gets the hang of things and management treats her well. She deserves the world!!!! 🙂

I came in the store to put my order. One person attending the store. I waited for a while til she was doing the driveway customers. Finally recognize I was there. I ask for an item and walk away to the driveway customers. Came back with no item for me. I asked for coffee and a cake. Told me she was very busy with other customers. I wondered what was I? Poor lady and terrible service. ♂️

DO NOT recommend getting filled donuts from Dunkin’! When you order a filled donut, it should have more than an iota of filling (see attached pics). All five filled donuts I bought were like this. Ridiculous.

Ordered online around 8am on a Saturday. When my husband picked-up our order, the employees completely ignored him as he walked up to the counter, found the box with his name on it and walked out. Literally anyone could walk in there and grab a free box of donuts!

Well after getting past the million pot holes I waited in the drive thru line for way toooo long. I ordered a drink that was on the display only to hear it is discontinued. THEN I order some hash rounds and I got 4! Yep 4 of those little things. Then they changed the old recipe so I was disappointed. Yes, now I remember why I stop going there. Drink was horrible ended up throwing it in the garbage. BUT I will say the women that served me were sweet and beautiful! So thank your workers Dunkin! That is why you got the 2 stars.
