Drive through is a bit rough once you’re leaving because it’s so small but that’s not the employees faults. They’re all friendly people with positive attitudes. My order is always correct but the donuts are never fresh so I don’t order them anymore. I appreciate the workers that feed the ducks. I know it may not be good for them but they seem so happy and it makes my day when I drive over there. Anyways I recommend the iced coffees here. They always do them right!

I’m honestly really upset. I got a completely wrong order of donuts from doordash so I drove to this dunkin to get it sorted out and the girl behind the register didn’t care at all (which I get as a service worker too) but she was not that nice or willing to help me out. I just left the box for them bc I didn’t like any of the donuts in the box I got and she just smiled and took them off my hands and said bye. This is the first bad experience I’ve had here and it’s probably just bc it was close to close but still. No one wanted to accommodate me, especially since I drove all the way over here to hopefully get it fixed…

Fair warning, I enjoy a real donut shop. This place having donut in it’s franchise name is an extreme let down. Donuts taste like they are 4 days old. Kind of taste like old stale cardboard…. You can do better any where else. Even the pre-packaged store-bought brands taste better than what they’re serving out of this “donut shop”. #Gross

I used to love coming to this Dunkin- I order iced matcha lattes from here all the time, but lately I’ve found myself pretty disappointed. I get it, it’s dunkin, and it’s not going to be “top-tier” but the last couple times I’ve gotten this order, the drink seems to have been blended with ice leading to an ice-chip filled drink/basically a frozen drink. I get it that matcha is a powder and has to be mixed with water, but I guess I’m not understanding why it is now being basically blended with ice like a frozen drink. I’ve never had a problem with this drink before. When I asked the drive through attendant why there was so many ice chips in there he informed me they “spin” it with ice. They had never done this previously so I was a little confused. I politely asked him if he could like strain it out over some regular ice so I wouldn’t be drinking ice chips; visibly annoyed with me, he took it back to do so. When he brought it back, it was clear that he just poured out some of the drink and piled more cubed ice on top (I will include a photo for reference). They also forgot the cold foam I had paid for on top and when asked to do this, he again seemed visibly irritated that I was asking him to do his job. I am not usually a “Karen” per se, as I myself work in the service industry and understand mistakes are made and how frustrating customer complaints can be at times. Don’t get me wrong, I still drank it and it was delicious, but eating ice chips after every sip is less than ideal and honestly annoying. But truly the energy I was met with after politely asking for it to be fixed (not even remade, just poured out onto regular ice) was really uncalled for. I know Dunkin doesn’t care about my $6 a day business, but like come on dude.

Update: It seems they have gotten the kinks out. The last three visits with my kids have gone extremely better. A great selection of donuts. The staff can be hit or miss on knowledge but they are typically still extremely friendly.

The coffee here tastes straight outta a 1 star hotel and the donuts we could order (limited options)were very dry. We also found this in one of the donuts and needless to say we are VERY dissaponted!

Our favorite place for coffee, donuts, and pup cups! The staff is awesome! We usually order in the app to earn points and save time. Our pup gives the pup cups 2 paws up! Love that they have a drive-thru so our pup can join us on our coffee runs.

After several weeks of coming to this dunkin, I can now officially change my review. While they are still accurate with my coffee (90% of the time), they never update their app as to whether the lobby is open or not, so its a roulette game, might wait an hour in the drive through so don’t order ahead too early or you’ll have watered-down coffee. They at first answered their phones so you could verify if they were open or not, but this has stopped. Dropped to 2 stars, need to update app appropriately and answer your phone.
