I want to talk about the service first. The girl at the cash register was fast, kind, and efficient! The problem was a big group of girls making only drinks and most of the time they’d only play with their hair. They took a while to make our food, but eventually, they got our food to us, and they got the order right. The food was good and it was warm. The atmosphere was nice and pretty clean. Overall, the place and food were good, but the service was kind of slow. I recommend it if you’re going to take it out.

This particular Dunkin is the worst. And coincidentally happens to be the one nearest me. You want a coffee or donut. Wonderful. 10/10. However. If you ever desire a breakfast item. 0/10. I’ve been going here randomly since it has opened and randomly try to order myself breakfast while ordering my sons donuts. Not one single time has my order been hot. The breakfast sandwiches are always cold in the center and the little breakfast tater tot’s are always like warm and soggy. I blame myself for even ordering anything but donuts and coffee.

I’m unsure what the staffing situation is and acknowledged that while waiting about 15 minutes for two coffees and two donuts. They were out of just about every donut besides jelly. The cold brew with sweet cream foam was water with a touch of coffee (the color literally looked like iced tea), the cold foam was non-existent. The staff was “nice”, and seemed overwhelmed/ frustrated.

Employees are so RUDE! Went through the drive through and ordered 3 drinks and a dozen donuts. We had to ask for creamer and sugar, it was given to us. Then we had to ask for napkins and one of the employees mumbles “Jesus Christ” I mean it’s pretty common sense to offer napkins but I guess that was too much for her to handle. They weren’t even busy!

Every time I go to this location, the front counter guy is dirty and lazy. Donuts are gone at 9 am. How is this possible? Get someone back there to bake more. Kids working with no work ethic. I’m glad QT has good donuts. Goodbye, Dunkin. You’re Donuts aren’t worth the headache.

I had roughly 20 minutes before work to get get breakfast and they used every second of that and more. The wait time is astronomical compared to scooters or Starbucks. If I want to come back I’m going to have to dedicate a full hour towards getting breakfast.

I came in for 2 large cups of coffee but was told that the coffee was gone and that they were closing and 30 minutes and the girl said I guess we can brew some more. I went out to ask my husband what he wanted To do they were laughing inside at that point time I just left. She just should have said I will brew a fresh pot it will be ready in a few minutes. I would have gladly waited But now we’ll probably not go back. It sounds like they were Too busy to help the customer and instead would rather close.

I usually just order coffee here on the way to work. Hit or miss depending on who’s making it. Last two visits have been miss. Ordered a L latte and it was only 2/3 full (was compensated by manager). Last week I ordered the signature peppermint latte (which has a higher price) and was given a regular peppermint latte.

The doughnuts were fine. I was just extremely unimpressed with the staff. The young man behind the counter was poorly groomed, he did not welcome us in or ask to assist us. When he did speak, he spoke at very low and almost inaudible volume. I watched the guy do the same thing to two other men who walked in the store. Honestly, this young man needs fired. He is doing the store no favors by his appearance or his work ethic. Good management will fix this promptly and not settle for poor workers.
