The service was very friendly. I ordered my usual when visiting a DD; egg wraps with coffee, creamer, and sugar. The coffee was OK. A bit on the bitter side, and no sugar was added as requested. The tortilla on the egg wrap was cold and tasted like a store bought tortilla. It had a cardboard taste and served cold added to the disappointment. This is not the worst DD I’ve visited. That title is still held by the DD in Montrose, CO. Sadly, this location would not be my first choice for a caffeine fix while in this area. The dining area has a school cafeteria motif. At my time of visiting, the dining area was clean, and all tables were open.

I’ve been going here almost every morning and it seems its getting cheaper and cheaper products. I ordered a large raspberry energy punch and this is was I’m handed. It was a 6 dollar drink . I will just stop into the gas station instead and get 2 of these for 6 dollars.

They regularly run out of donuts around 0800. I’m not going to pretend to know how complicated managing a dunkin donuts is, but when your primary function as a restaurant is to serve donuts (you know, having it in your name), you would think they would make it their primary effort to have them for more than two hours a day. It’d be one thing if the place just opened up but this has been consistent for months, it’s like they don’t care. This store can’t be making the company money.

If I could give a zero I would. Went in for some breakfast, ordered from the kiosk and payed as well. The simple order was taking long so I was reading the receipt and noticed they over charged me $3.08. Not the one that would complain but this is an Army installation Soldiers already not making enough money and they just taking money like that is wrong. Please pay attention to your receipt.

Was ordering from the kiosk, but after ordering, they told us that if we order donuts, we have to order from the counter. What’s the point of having the kiosk? They didn’t have certain items on the kiosk, but it was there to order. They kept messing up on other people’s order and they had to keep going back to the customer to ask what they ordered.

Id give zero if possible. Ignored me at counter so I ordered at kiosk and then they couldn’t complete my order despite having plenty of donuts in the back. I was told they were “for tomorrow.” but i had already paid for a dozen donuts at the kiosk because no one would talk to me at the counter where I was going to ask if they even had enough to complete my order prior to paying. The place was dirty and donuts “for tomorrow” were sitting out in open air, uncovered on trays behind the counter in plain view. Ill never be back. They should shut down this location as it makes dunkin donuts company look disgusting.

Place is absolute slower than others. I went there two times but, they opened the drive-through only. I’ve been there 2 times and each time they have managed to mess up some part of my order. I ordered some doughnuts from the app,but they haven’t. I asked them to refund me. But I still don’t get refund yet.

Literally the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to by far, always out of everything, even at 830 the donut case is empty. I placed an order and waited 15 minutes for a donut only for them to give the last of the type I asked for to someone at the drive thru who ordered after me, and then they had two donuts to pick from. This place needs to get it together and prep more. If you know you’re a busy restaurant then prep like a busy restaurant.

They’ve gotten my order wrong each time I go here. They run out of donuts hours before closing. There is a guy that runs the cashier that cuts you off a lot when you’re trying to order. A little frustrating customer service. The others are very nice though…but as a team they can do better.
