The general manager Amanda was more concerned about the drive through and did not greet anyone at the counter. There was a young man assisting a. Ustomer with a large order. Amanda did not try to help the 5 people standing in line until I got her attention to help. Then she was snippy and never said thank you to anyone. There was a gentleman in the back. I assumed he was the franchise owner. Never looked up or acted as if customer service was not a priority. Drive through the priority. I will take sugar shack. Paradise. And quick trip before I ever enter this franchise location.

Disastrous even by Wichita standards. I waited several minutes inside, in a line. When I was up the boy didn’t acknowledge or speak a word to me then just gave the order total for me to pay. I ordered a hot Americano and got a very cold Americano in a hot style cup. When I asked why it’s cold he said we have to put water in it and he didn’t offer to fix it. So it sounds like they put cold water in the hot espresso to make an Americano. I called to get a refund and no one answered. This place should be immediately shut down.

We went inside of this location this morning just to grab four drinks. We waited for a total of 30 minutes, and the other people that had ordered behind us were getting their drinks already! So they had skipped our order for some reason. I ended up having to get back in line and remind them that we still needed two of our drinks (one of them was a bottled drink)! They just said a simple sorry and another 10 minutes later we were able to leave making us late to an event we needed to be at. The drinks were not great either I got an iced pumpkin chai latte and it’s literally milk with a hint of chai! Not impressed.

Went in for coffee and was immediately hit with a very raunchy rotten smell inside. Waited for a bit, no one was around. Yelled out for someone quite a few times and no answer. No one was inside. Both employees were out hiding in the back by the trash and when we walked outside, they did not acknowledge us at all knowing we were customers and they were not inside to take mine and my families order. They were also very rude and gave looks at us as we were leaving. It seemed like they were waiting to go back inside after we started leaving. Very very bad service and bad experience.

The 2nd time I’ve tried to get donuts and they didn’t have hardly any available. This is a donut shop isn’t it? The people in the drive-through were very amused by this by how they were responding to my questions. I drove off and went to Lamars–their donuts and customer service are way better. Dutch Bro coffee is also way better.

The egg in my sandwich was cold and the coffee tasted burnt. It’s hard enough to get behind the eggs being cooked in bulk then stored. How do you expect people to come back when their sandwiches are COLD? Disgusting.

Went inside this store at 8:28am. Lady took my order, gave me my change and my donuts and I moved aside to let next cutomer order while I waited for my small decaf coffee. 4 other women were working and 3 of them were there talking and a man was working also. As I waited noone got my decaf coffee for me. When the lady working up front was finished with the customer after me she told one of the other women that I was waiting on my small decaf. The woman had to make a pot as I remained there waiting. She came to counter and told me 2 more minutes for the decaf to finish brewing. Then I sat down to eat and drink my coffee to a dirty table with food crumbs and drink residue on it. I looked around and seen that several tables were dirty as well. Yet there was 6 employees working and the place was filthy. This was my very first time ever going to a Dunkin Donuts at 63 yrs of age and I guess it will be my last.

This is one of the slowest and unreliable drive thru’s I have ever experienced. Taken my wife there multiple times and the line doesn’t move for 5 minutes. Even though they built two Lanes, they only use one and they can’t even manage that right. Not only that, the parking lot is terribly designed and you cannot leave even if the line isn’t moving. Will not go back now that a new coffee shop opened down the road.

Don’t go here… We mobile ordered (first mistake) and they gave us one drink (even tho I had just told them at the speaker we had two) and it was wrong. I then asked for the second drink and they gave me someone else’s order! Both drinks were completely wrong. I went back the next day to redeem my free drink (through the app) and the worker informed me the machine was broken, but gave me a (not very good) latte instead (I ordered a frozen coffee). Bottom line, don’t go here unless you want the opposite of what you order.
