The food tastes so bad, don’t believe me go try something like there bagel bites especially. Also for someone that orders the same drink over and over. You’d expect the same result right. WRONG. The drinks are never consistent and even if you ordered a coffee, I felt I only had what I ordered actually made correctly twice. I stop going to this location and all in general I wish I could put my faith in them. But I’m let down time after time

I am giving 5 stars only because of Lyric! If all the employees were like her, then it would be such a great Dunkin’! I come to this one ALL the time and typically they make my drink wrong and they aren’t very personal or interested in their customers. Lyric greeted me with a smile and was very quick to get to me as soon as she saw me standing at the front. Immediately after I ordered, she prepared my drink herself and it was spot on! She took no time at all and made me feel like she cared about me and my drink. Definitely will come back to see Lyric.

I went there two days in a row, and they messed up my coffee both days. First day, they gave me a coffee with 6 pumps of caramel, 6 creams and 6 sugars, when all I ordered was a normal iced caramel coffee with cream and sugar, which is 3 of each. It was too sweet it made me sick. The second day I ordered a iced caramel coffee with cream and sugar again and was given a iced black coffee with caramel. The lady at the window didn’t even talk to me at the window and my order was so rushed, they didn’t check to make sure they got my order right, which was simply a normal coffee that a machine literally does the work and makes the coffee for them, they have to make sure to hit the right coffee on the machine which they apparently can’t do. Never going to this location again. I will drive out of my way to go to the Dunkin by my house since they’ve never messed up my order.

I’m sure I ordered vanilla with sprinkles and I settled for that. They no longer had the drinks advertised on their drive through menu and was out of almost all donuts. I don’t understand how I ended up with green donuts and they wasn’t free.
