If you mobile order, ensure the doors are unlocked. This location did not unlock their doors but allowed mobile orders – walk ins. I knocked on the door for 5 minutes and the employees acted like they didn’t hear me. I then got in the long line of cars and finally got to talk to an employee. I asked them to unlock the doors and they said no rudely. I then asked if I could have my drink and she had to make a new one because the one I mobile ordered wasn’t fresh anymore. All in all, they are under staffed and not able to keep up with the normal flow of people wanting coffee in the morning. Do not go to this location.

Unfair to the employees and customers to have one person work the whole building by themselves during the busiest hours. Or management was nowhere to be seen. Anyway, the drink was gross tried to return but she was manning everything by herself, left my drink there, still hoping for a return.

This is probably the worst Dunkin in Lincoln. I usually try my best not to go to this location do to the lack of fast service and good attitudes. Today I took the chance and ordered ahead on the app, after waiting over an hour for my already paid for coffee they finally gave it to me, it seemed to be already made an hour prior to that as well because the ice was melted and my iced coffee was warm. I wasn’t about to ask for them to remake it just to wait another hour. Needless to say, I won’t be back to this location. Yuck. Adding onto this, they had at least 6-7 people working. this was ridiculous.

Overall horrible place to work for. No communication. Very poor training. New boss named Kerri is rude and terrible. I got suspended for 3 weeks because I got sick and she went on vacation. And then found out when we had a meeting, that she no longer wanted me to work there. Gave false hopes.I literally threw up next to the donuts and could not finish. Do not work here. No consideration when it comes to having bills and 3 children. Would rather care about her vacation, and she hasn’t even been working there for a month yet. Smh.

Went inside and waited for 16min at the front counter. One employee said “we’ll get to you when we can” when someone finally took our order she was not friendly and had a lobby full of people at that point. She took everyone’s order before beginning drinks. The manager was too busy texting on his phone to help and went to the back. 40min later I had my drink and had sat down to a cold sandwitch. It’s a good thing I wasn’t in a hurry..very dsapointing!

Got a vanilla long john and the vanilla on top was partially melted and gooey and the doughnut itself was chilled not cold cold but for a doughnut it wasn’t enjoyable. Also got a sour cream doughnut and it was like it wasn’t cooked fully.

I was stuck in drive thru for 30 minutes, because I was trapped in the drive thru lane. When I finally pulled up to the window, an employee was shouting on the phone with her manager because they only staffed two people for the breakfast rush. This place is too understaffed to function.

The cream cheese stuffed bagel bites with everything seasoning are amazing!!! I could eat them everyday. The coffee is never super good. I have only had Dunkin a handful of times so I’ve been trying a new drink each time, I just can’t find one I enjoy. It’s never what I’m expecting them to taste like.

Would love to see better service! Came into the store to pick up an order. It was ready to go and I still had to wait 20 minutes even though it was ready before I stepped foot into the store. I think I’ll be going to Starbucks from now on, at least I know I can get decent service even though it costs more. By the time I got the drink it was very watered down.

Came in for a avocado toast and a wrap, through the drive through. I wanted to try out the new rewards app, and I even let our cashier (ian) know. He took my card while I told him about the rewards and just ran the card. After I told him why he didn’t take the rewards he was very rude and unprofessional telling me “you were suppose to do it before”. I wouldn’t recommend this dunkin to anyone, and I don’t plan on coming to any dunkin anymore. Ian was extremely unpleasant and ruined my experience.
