I love Dunkin’ and the staff was really nice. My only complaint would be that there should be a chart or something that shows when a person wants a coffee regular, or light and sweet etc… I don’t know how many sugars or creams are needed to make the coffee right. I don’t know the delivery system so I think a chart of some sort would be helpful to everyone.

Staff at college park location could not be less concerned about the customer. Frustrating and aggravating. If people hate their jobs this much they would be better served to go elsewhere like their customers will.

I went inside and stood in line at the counter for five minutes by the manager, and her boss saw me there and nobody took my order for 5 minutes and I walked out. They even looked at me and didn’t say anything. terrible service.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to this Dunkin’. But i’ll tell you what today I was super surprised when I ordered and the order was correct and speedy. I’ve worked in fast paced environments such as sit down dinning, fast food and grocery. The balance between speed and accuracy is something not many places can truthfully say they’ve mastered. But i’ll tell you what this location has changed from where it was months ago. New management, all new staff, and recently super clean. I’m happy to say this location is 100% among my favorite places to go.

I have always ordered on the app ahead of time to make it easier and quicker for both the employees, myself and the customers behind me in line. It’s always worked so well. Today I submitted an online order and it allowed to submit right of way which was 630am. I submitted it and headed to the restaurant. I get there and cars ahead of me not being helped. After those cars just took off I noticed on the speaker that their new business hours do not start til 7 am. Which is fine but advertise that on your app/site so people are aware. I would not have left to get my donuts as early. Had I not already paid for them online I would have just went elsewhere. I also think the staff that were already in the building who knew people were out there could have done a better job addressing the time change as people pulled up. They seemed very uncaring which I think is very bad customer service I get the pandemic has affected a lot of businesses. But if you aren’t able to function well enough for good customer experience then advertise this. Or close temporarily.
