They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Walk in, no welcome or any kind of welcoming atmosphere. After using the bathroom I stand at the counter for 5 min roughly but no one even tried to help or say, I’ll be with you in one moment, sorry for the wait. Just completely disregarded. While ordering, I had to repeat myself multiple times to the lady due to her having a unrelated work conversation to her colleague after she acknowledged I was there and asked for my order I stated loudly and clearly. Never coming back to this Dunkin but will still go to other Dunkin’s

I hate leaving bad reviews. I really do. But this Dunkin is 0 for 3 with me. Came here three times, and each time has been a fiasco. I’ve had wrong drinks made, I’ve had to have drinks that were totally made incorrectly Re-made. The service has been slow. The help has been chaotic, and unsure of themselves. They were all clearly not trained very well.

This Dunkin’ is the worst one I’ve ever been to. It looked so nice and inviting on the outside, but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by an older lady named Rene who had a terrible attitude. This lady also seemed to think it was okay to talk about a customer right in front of them and snicker. I ordered an iced matcha latte and they did not seem to know how to make it properly, I watched her stir it with a straw. I also ordered the tacos and they came to be way smaller than the picture. I would not come here unless you can stand being served by people who don’t care about customer service. I’m only 22 but I’ve worked in the service industry for seven years and I know horrible customer service when I see it.

I am aware this is a new Dunkin’ so take this review and learn from it to make your location better. Today was my second time visiting since it has opened but both experiences were the same. For some reason they can’t hear anything you’re saying through the speaker so you have to repeat yourself multiple times and correct them after they type it in. No this is not just me, I’ve heard them ask again and get other people orders wrong in front of me too. Also something is different about their coffee and it tastes different from other locations. They guy at the window (the same both visits) was nowhere near polite and took forever to figure out what I wanted. In addition the service is super slow and I’m not asking for anything more than two coffees.

I’m a true Dunkin’ fan! But this location absolutely ridiculous! No customer service at all. When I walked in the lobby no one spoke NO ONE!!! Get to the counter no greeting of “Hello” no “How are you”? Absolutely blank look. No type of suggestions form the menu. I MEAN NOTHING. I was very disappointed! The building is beautiful but the customer service trash. I will continue to visit the location off of Youree. It may be small but the customer service is BIG!
