Went in to get a dozen donuts. I asked for four Boston cream filled, four jelly filled, and four chocolate filled donuts. Did not receive the chocolate filled. Instead, the guy gave me vanilla cream filled, and the filling, and each doughnut was very minimal more than half. The donut didn’t have any filling in them on any of them, I am only giving a one star because that is the lowest it will go. do you expect when you spend almost $15 for a dozen donuts that he would at least get the right ones and also have a decent amount of filling in them

A lady working the drive thru (i think maybe the manager?) told me she had just sent the cook on break and to pull forward, she would bring my sandwich out as soon as she could. I told her not to wprry. Just a minute or two later she came running out with a hot fresh breakfast sandwich made perfectly! She apologized for the delay even though it was very fast service and told me to have a great day. And it was, her kindness and friendly smile made a big difference in my day! Thank you all for always being friendly!

This Dunkin’ is struggling. I’m not sure what was going on with the drive-thru, but it took way longer than usual. There were four or five workers at the window. A lady even pulled up and got out of her vehicle and went inside, kind of blocking the exit. The reason for the lower rating really was because I asked for napkins right away. I was ordering a dozen assorted donuts, and I had 10 kids in the van. They finally handed me my order and no napkins. I requested napkins again, and she handed me four napkins. I asked for more napkins, and a male worker looked up and said that was it. They had no more napkins. I stared at them for a second, and then he found a brand new pack and said, “Oh yeah, we have some in here…” it was just disappointing.

On 8/13/23 around 10 a.m. I went into the Harrison Dunkin like I frequently do. Today there appeared to be 4 ladies working with a lobby full and drive thru full. These 4 girls ROCKED it!!! My drink was delicious like it is every time I go! These ladies need a raise. Thank you ladies for all the bad A work you did this morning.

Went to this location in Harrison, ARK. 6/09/23 around 7:25 am. Emily took our order. Got to the window and waited while she was taking other orders maybe? She didn’t say anything to us. Another lady came to the window with a very annoyed look on her face. She too, did not say anything except the price that we owed. She looked as though that was the last place she wanted to be. Gave us our food, and we had to ask for a napkin, in which she gave us exactly one. These ladies have zero customer service skills at all and it shows with their mildly dirty looks they give you when you get to the second window. Will not be going back to this location.

Walked into Dunkin at 630 am on a Sunday. Neither worker greeted me or acknowledged my presence. I walked to the donut counter and stood there by myself, watching a couple flies moving from donut hole to donut. There were 2 cars in the drive through. I was the only customer in the store. After the two female workers left what they were doing and congregated near the oven to talk about it, I walked out and went down to Shipley’s Donuts where there were no flies and I got immediate and friendly service.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered $25 worth. When I got to the window, the lady informed they do not accept bills larger than $20. No signs, no warning. She stated “they will yell at me if I take that.”. Clearly she cares more about her superiors than her customers. And clearly she could accept a $50 or her answer would have been “I’m not allowed.”

Pumpkin coffee was good but wasn’t the price advertised and my daughter didn’t want to stay because she didn’t like how the place smelled but it was more a combination of food smells than any one in particular. The kids had hot chocolate that they said wasn’t chocolatey enough but it looked well made.
