I came around 9:40 ish today 8/2. And who ever was taking the orders was VERY rude. I go there very morning and I’ve never been spoken too like that all. Then my order was very messy. Coffee all down my cup. I order the assorted 6 pk donuts, I got it in a bag? Not the box so my donuts were broken/smooshed. I got THREE JELLY FILLED with powder. The powder went all over the place and onto the other donuts. I didn’t expect to get so many jelly filled ones. Again I come here pretty much all the time. And the person with the head set was an old white bald dude. He shouldn’t be on drive if he’s gonna talk to people like that with that tone

I have been a regular at this location since it is so close to my house and I love it! The staff is always friendly and able to answer any questions I have about a drink. The thing that brings me back is the app rewards. They have great deals on the app that change each month. I honestly think Dunkin has the best reward/loyalty program I’ve seen at a coffee shop.

Ordered Vanilla Latte at another location after Church this morning, it was so syrupy. I was on my way home so stopped at DD on Robinson and they fixed me up Dunkin’ Donuts has replaced other chain coffee places for me.
