My husband and I ordered online pickup, but when we got there, there was a communication error and it wasn’t showing up on their system. However, the wonderful associate at the window went above and beyond to make sure our order was taken care of and that we got our food quickly. One of the items we ordered was unfortunately out of stock, but they replaced it with some really yummy cake donuts! I didn’t get his name, but the employee who helped us was incredibly kind and helpful, and we were grateful for the experience!

Asked for a frozen caramel craze with 2 additions and almond milk. The lady didn’t add anything that I asked her to and also told me no when I asked for almond milk. I said “huh” she told me it’s an allergen risk and she could do oat milk instead. Maybe I’m wrong but aren’t they supposed to clean the blenders after each use/have different blenders for allergies? Didn’t know the splash of almond milk they had could potentially kill the zero other customers in the store. My bad. Also I repeated my order to her twice and she didn’t get it right. Waste of time. I hate to say it, but I just can’t go to this location anymore. The past several times I’ve gone, the experience has not been pleasant. My matcha is pretty much never mixed, legit have watched the worker just dump matcha powder in a cup, add ice, and pour oat milk over it. That’s it. No shaking, no mixing. Attached picture of my drink the other day for reference. Wasn’t even green and the matcha was a messy glob in the bottom that was impossible to break up. Then I opened my grilled cheese and, to my disappointment, it was burnt. I’d maybe understand this kind of experience happening while the store is slammed (still doesn’t make it right but) however I was 1 out of 2 cars in line. Taking my business elsewhere.

Best donuts and sandwiches and awesome coffee (ask for Tony). Great service and employees are terrific. I highly recommend the iced caramel macchiato coffee and I always get extra caramel so tasty. Now they’re running a special any size iced coffee or iced tea for $0.99 between two and four I believe go by and check it out.

I came to Dunkin for a breakfast craving I order a hot chocolate which taste delicious and creamy but I wish the cocoa powder was more broken down,the chocolate donut was yummy and fresh and I also order the maple bacon strips which was super juicy,sweet and just the right texture.Would recommend…(9/10)

During my most recent visits I have noticed a new face. A manager with short red hair. For the past 7 months I have came to this location on average of 4-5 a week. I know the employees by face and I’m sure they recognize me by face as well. That being said, the new addition (red haired lady) has been incredibly rude and unprofessional to the other employees. She has turned around after serving me with a smile and yelled at the employees or has been rude. I could see when and heard her loud as day when she yelled to someone “I DONT CARE WHAT THEYRE DOING THEY NEED TO DO THIS NOW” this is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting behavior. I can tell tell the employees are on edge and scared. They’re no longer smiling and making small talk. The gentleman who gave me my food was literally shaking. Please, someone mend this. These employees are fantastic and do not deserve to be treated this way.
