I recently visited the Dunkin located at 1575 S Belt Line Rd in Coppell, TX, and my experience was alright. The coffee tasted fresh, and the store was clean and well-maintained. However, I found the service and breakfast sandwich to be just okay. It wasn’t exceptional, but it wasn’t terrible either. Overall, it was a decent visit, but I think there’s room for improvement in certain aspects.

Always looking forward to Dunkin’ Donuts . This location has a drive-through which is very convenient. The service was fast and professional. Love the toasted coconut donut . Their coffee ☕️ is amazing. The breakfast sandwiches on a croissant taste very good. I don’t care much for their hash browns, but it’s not as important to me as the other menu items. The location is a little tricky to get to and out because of road/lane closures around there due to construction .

Update: May 2023, three years later and I can actually say this Dunkin is pretty good. Not sure if they have new management or what- but foods good, done quickly, donut stand actually looked clean unlike in the past, when my drink wasn’t right they happily fixed it. So I say give it another try if you haven’t already! I’ve been at least 5 times in the last few months and always pleased.

These employees need some training. They don’t know their menu at all and the orders take FOREVER. Nobody seems to know what is going on and almost every customer in the drive thru had to come in because their order was wrong. I wanted a summer exclusive drink offered by the app and was told they “don’t have that” (I ordered it the day before from another location). It took 25 minutes for one drink, some bagel bites, and a taco. Please treat your employees with respect or you’ll lose a lot of business

I have recently visited this Dunkin’ near me several times and felt compelled to share my disappointing experience. Despite the COVID pandemic being over and most places fully operational, this particular location continues to offer only drive-in service. However, it’s not just the lack of seating options that left a sour taste in my mouth.

I would give NO stars if possible. I have been to this Dunkin many times and the employee service today was terrible. The guy working the drive through at 2:30 pm today didn’t have a single word to say, snatched my card, let the window shut and handed it back just as fast with no receipt. Saying nothing. Handed my hot coffee abruptly to my boyfriend without the lid on all the way, coffee poured out the side of the cup getting on my car as well as all over my boyfriends hand. Still dripping down the side of the cup, my boyfriend was hoping he would be handed a napkin, to which atleast 3 employees I saw at the drive through window, inside acting as if they could not be bothered. I KNOW FOR A FACT ALL 3 SAW THIS HAPPEN. Just rude! I will never be coming back here!
