Best Dunkin ever! Really friendly staff. Susan who took our order, was really sweet and kind. They greet you like you know them. Service is really fast. I’m not in favor of Dunkin’s overall business plan of going with smaller operations – meaning fewer donuts, muffins and other pastries. Profit margins must be higher on coffee, but I don’t see how. This store in Rockwall is okay. The service and coffee are both good. I don’t know if it is by design or what, but the donuts shelves are rarely full (At least when I’ve been there at various times during the mornings and afternoon.) It’s a donut shop. Regardless of what upper managmement wants, we, the buying public want a donut shop. So how is it that easily half the time I go in, the have no chocolate covered donuts!? This may seem picky, but it is like a burger joint not having cheeseburgers. I’ll keep going back hoping I catch them when they have chocolate covered donuts! ; )

Idk why I keep trying with Dunkin’ they just don’t know or care how to make their drinks. I bought a chai latte and it tasted like dirt and water in a cup. I later tried to order a simple coffee it tasted like sandpaper and my throat hurt for 2 days and just because Dunkin is the only place open at 5 am I went back again and tried a iced matcha latte, honestly her says “you want the green one” should have been enough for me to just cancel the order. It tasted like matcha powder on sandpaper. Idk if something is expired or needs to be deep cleaned at this Dunkin but all I know is they couldn’t care less about their drinks. So just go to Starbucks

Why does my coffee taste so different everytime I get it?? One day its good and the other day it tastes so bad.. i order the SAME thing. also the white guy (blake?) is so nice and helpful. the mexican/asian guy with the colored hair is so rude and looks like he doesn’t like his life.

Lived in Rockwall 35 yrs visited this Duncan donuts twice 1st time on Wed order only 2 donuts and they were put in a cute box with a handle nice , today went and will be the last Asked for a box was told they have no boxes. The girl at the window seemed grossed out having to transfer the donuts to the box which they had, she used a napkin then throws the napkin in the box with the donuts that she handled with her hands, and long finger nails. I trashed the donuts!
