I don’t even wanna leave one star for this store… I’ve came several times to this store and every time something occurs whether it be an issue with the order or rather and issue with customer service. Today they broke the straw on the camels back so here I am wasting my time to leave a bad review which I never do… if you go here be weary they can’t listen but they can read so don’t order over the intercom order on the app so you’re product has a higher chance of being made correctly. They don’t know nothing about there app they just work there. Which I’m quoting the barista. You’ve been warned their customer service skills are non existent..

Even though everything was on an open shelf behind the regester, kids said their donuts were good. They we’re a bit hard but still enjoyable. I ordered a frozen coffee. It was a Toffe Nut Frozen Coffee, didn’t know there was such a drink. It was really good after I let it melt a bit. Which was no problem in this Texas Heat, lol. Employee at regester was friendly & helpful. Ordered on mobile device walked right in and order was ready. Didn’t have to wait too long, like at Starbucks. The only thing was that there weren’t a lot of “donut shop” type donuts. Our original donut shop is closed till mid. August & we were hoping to get come chocolate twist Donuts with Nuys on it. Or some koloches, but they had niether. This was my 1st time at a Dunkin Donuts. I, for a name with Donuts in it, I thought there would be more donut options, is all.

Clearly asked for bacon egg cheese bagel, worker said she thought I said sausage egg and cheese. How does bacon get mistaken for sausage? When I asked for replacement she said they’re out of bacon and offered no refund after clearly making her own order up. On top of that the hot chocolate was the most watered down hot chocolate I’ve ever gotten from a dunkin donuts. Only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because of previous decent experiences.

I would give these people -5 stars if it were an option. I always ask for easy ice, always have been for years, and this is the first time that they give me my drink 3/4 full, because their manager said that they weren’t allowed to fill the cup all the way because they go based off of milk measurement. I’m honestly in shock and felt bad for the workers so I just took it.

My go to breakfast place! The food is hot and fresh. The donuts are delicious along with their iced coffee’s. Took me a long time to write this because I couldn’t put my donut or coffee down! Not to mention customer service is wonderful. Try them out!

I have been to this location a few times and they never disappoint! Food is always hot and fresh. Today I was having an issue with the app on my phone and the morning staff was really kind and helped me resolve it. The receipt states “Iis” for the employees name, I just wanted to give her a personal shoutout!

Bought two drinks and one breakfast item. There was no line and no customers inside. But took a while to get breakfast sandwich. I think there were only 2 people working. The girl that took the order was nice but slow to get coffee. I believe it was bcz short handed. And 3 tables inside were dirty. Very dirty, not cleaned.

So I went to get an Ice Vanilla French Swirl Coffee and totally forgot to ask for whooped cream and caramel drizzle so I ask if they can add it but the look that the employee gave me was horrible! Very bad customer service.

This Dunkin Donuts seems to be under staffed which affects customer service. I was in the customer for a decade and experienced this same problem in restaurants that did not have the personnel necessary to push out work. Bread was soggy on my sourdough sandwich and flavorless. Cashier was nice so no complaints there.
