I’ve been to Dunkin’ all over the country, and all over the metroplex. This one is consistently the worst. If you order a large latte, you will get a medium drink in a large cup. If you order a donut with sprinkles on it, it will have about 5 sprinkles on it. If you order a cream filled donut, it will gave a dime sized ornament of cream. Out of the 5 individual hash browns in my order, I’m pretty sure one had been made the day before, 2 were dry and crunchy and the other 2 tasted like they’d been fried in month old grease. Bagels with cream cheese have a thin film of cream cheese–if that much. And it’s been like this for years. Skip thos store and go to Rockwall or Centerville.

Was feeling in the mood for a hot chocolate on this chilly weather so decided to stop by Dunkin’s today. I had ordered other items but those are irrelevant. I did not check my drink until i got home which was literally 4 minutes away. I paid about 3 DOLLARS for a small cup of chocolate for it to just be halfway filled of the actual drink and the rest of the half be filled with im guessing foam? I am disappointed. Never again.

I tried the ghost pepper donut. It was good but not nearly as hot as you expect something that is named ghost pepper. It has a little bit of heat that you could feel. I was definitely hoping for more of a pepper punch. Give it a shot before they are gone.

They have recently changed management and you can tell. There used to be a manager named Taz and she was great. The new manager Sara is very unfriendly and not helpful. There is a young lady there that is really great but I don’t remember her name but she has been there a while. We come here every Sunday and the last 2 it took 40 minutes to get our order. Both times I have been missing a sandwhich and another has been wrong. One of our coffee tasted horrible but the young lady remade it for me and I really appreciate that. We love the food but really with the service was better. Just seems poorly managed. I watched other customers go through the same issues. Also, just because you gloves doesn’t mean you should touch your clothes, face, and other things and think that is sanitary. I was in food service for over 15 year and understand food safety.

Ordered several items. Enjoyed my regular coffee with cream and sugar, price was fair. My 2 Wake Up Wraps were small. The Gofor2 deal which is 2 wraps for $2 has no bacon but cheaper. Overall was a decent experience.

Worst experience ever i had order 2 iced coffees with milk,hazelnut and sugar since 10:03 am and it was 10:35 and they still hadn’t had my order ready only one the woman in front is the worst especially the manager she knew I was standing there in front and didn’t even dare to say what was wrong this is why I would never go back to Dunkin’ Donuts and the cashier in front asked me and just left me there hanging and kept going I was even being rude or nothing what makes me laugh is that she was like what’s the name and I told her and she’s like idk this order doesn’t have a name and it clearly said rosa seems like they don’t know their job or don’t know how to read Second of all those ice coffee don’t even taste like coffee please change the staff

I was charged $35 for an order that I expected to have. They could have given a courtesy and explained they no longer had croissants to complete my order. Then one if my sandwiches wasn’t even the one I ordered. The line is ridiculously long to get and attention to actually fix a mistake. They were kind enough to realize they should have notified they didn’t have enough to complete an order but nothing to fix or a courtesy partial refund.

Food is good, customer service is fine up until you get your doughnuts. If you get any doughnuts other than plain just expect to eat the paper it’s wrapped in, or just eat the doughnut plain. The way they wrap it takes off almost all flavoring. So in conclusion either eat your doughnuts inside, eat the paper they are wrapped in or just get plain.

The employees were very friendly and the donut selection was plentiful.. I was a bit disappointed that my toasted bagel was burnt, but it was still tasty. The floor was sticky, but I guess that’s just proof that the ice cream is delicious! It was easy enough to find from the road and the parking lot was good sized.
