We had the pleasure of visiting dunkin’ with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. As we entered the establishment, we did not notice any slip or trip hazards, and the establishment was very clean. We were greeted with a smile and welcome to dunkin’ as soon as we walked through the door. The employees working were very attentive, professional, and willing to ask Questions if they did not know something. Everytime I go, there is a problem with the order. I ordered 2 large iced coffees with French vanilla and oat milk. I got 2 different drinks and when I tried to say something, the window was closed and they walked away. The other drink had dairy, which was fine for me so I just drank it. It could have happened since they are still getting used the inventory that is needed. The times before had issues with almost the entire order out of stock or their systems being down.

Good food BUT you have to wait FOREVER for anything other than a donut. Even the drinks take FOREVER to make! We got here an hour before our church service started to get what we thought would be a quick bite. Nobody was next in line and there were only 2 other people waiting for their order standing around. Our food and drinks took 45 minutes!! We were late to our service. We were sooooooooo upset! People DRAGGED their feet. Why work here if you don’t want to WORK?

Visited this Dunkin donuts this morning and ordered the advertised .99 large iced tea and was told they were out of large cups. I said that a medium would be fine. Was then informed that I would be charged 2.39. So because you don’t have adequate stock I’m being upcharged for less product? That’s going to be a hard pass. The service was so slow when my family went there the other day for ice cream. Waited at least 12 minutes with only 3 other customers in the store. Serving size was embarrassingly small. I’m out!!!

I’ve been to this location about 5 times already(I love ice cream)…. ONLY ONCE OUT OF THE 5 TIMES DID THEY HAVE MY FLAVOR. They never have any inventory the service is slow, I once found a hair in my girlfriends ice cream, and they had no sense of urgency to change it out… horrible location I think the owner needs to restart.
