Good lord I’ll never go back! I got a burnt grilled cheese like it was a rock I had a large drink but didn’t fill it up and burnt yet soggy hash browns…and y’all knew how it all looked and still gave it to me… terrible !! Now I see why they have such a low rating. Y’all don’t waste your money here

There’s a reason I don’t get donuts at Dunkin Donuts and I was reminded of the reason this morning when I purchased a dozen assorted donuts that weren’t fresh. You expect freshly made donuts in the morning these look like they were left over from the previous day. I won’t make this mistake again.

I love Dunkin’!!! However, this store just doesn’t do it for me. Donuts are always stale and they constantly mess up my breakfast sandwich. Look at pics and judge for yourself!!

I took my grand kids to get breakfast. The cashier should not be in service. She didn’t ask if she could help us. We walked up to order and she was on her phone. She just put it down and stood there and still didn’t greet us at all. The food was fresh. It was great but they really need to work on hiring people that actually want to be there.

OMG I now see why this Duncan donut location received low ratings. As much as I love Duncan donuts I ordered the last 7 Boston creams, chocolate donut holes and pumpkin donut holes. For staters it appeared that my donuts were fresh as they were very soft; however, by the time I arrived home which was a 20min drive you would have thought I had left some donuts in my car overnight b/c they had become dry and hard w/in that 20min drive; which, lead me to believe these were not fresh donuts from the start. To add insult to injury as I made an attempt to eat a Boston cream I realized I was eating hair. OMG someone’s hair was was in this donut. I lost my appetite and threw the entire box out. Never will I return to this location. Hygiene is EVERYTHING; especially When it comes to my food.

The crew here are fun and friendly! I walk over for a coffee and donut a few times a week and am always impressed by their cheerful welcome and speedy service. Sadly, I KNOW they take a lot from drive-thru customers, it’s abusive and disrespectful. The employee’s here a “good egg’s’ and deserve to be spoken to fairly. A ‘yes, please’ and ‘thank you’ go a long way in today’s world. Thanks for the great service and good music!

They finally had the donuts I wanted in the store, and they were stale. I bought these at about 2 in the afternoon. It literally tasted like they were yesterday’s batch. They need a better system so the product does not just sit in the open air.

Sitting here enjoying my iced latte and stuffed bagels while waiting for my son to get out of school, and I hear nothing but efficient teamwork going on behind me. They are making sure cars in the drive thru aren’t waiting to long, making sure when customers walk in they are greeted and someone is at the front to take care of them. I hear them taking about making sure counter is wiped down after every customer. All I have to say is this was a wonderful experience! The team dynamics I witness today are on point! I will definitely be back.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION!!! They DO NOT Acknowledge you at all when you walk in, as a matter of fact they don’t even speak no matter how many people walk in behind you they look at you and don’t say a thing until they 15 minutes later ask you what did you want SMH!!! If I wasn’t picking up doordash I would have never stepped in there.. this happened 3x but now I don’t even pick up from there I refuse! They also take over 40 minutes to get your order ready… the donuts are ALREADY MADE SO WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG TO PUT COFFEE IN A CUP!! The restaurant never has customers except 1 or 2 may walk in while you’re there but eventually walk back out for my exact same reasoning… this place is THE WORST.. they REALLY NEED TO GET RID OF ALL THE MISERABLE THING EMPLOYEES & hire PEOPLE FRIENDLY employees that actually have customer service skills…if I could give zero stars then I would because that’s what they deserve!!!!

I’ve always been a fan of dunkin. Love their choices, good variety of food. It’s just this location; they’ll have literally 1 employee working. Taking orders, Making the food and drinks. So, goes to say items get rushed. Things are not made correctly. Then even ordering ahead. We had to wait an extra 30 – 40 min to get our things. I’m leaving a review because this is probably the 5th time this has happened.
