We put in our order on the app, drove 10 minutes to get there, and then waited an excruciating amount of time in the drive thru while others no doubt experienced the same problem we were about to which was them not having the items that we ordered. There’s definitely a huge disconnect between ordering in the app and actually getting your food. You’d think they might offer at least a free donut for your trouble, but nope… nothing. It’s hard to find a good Dunkin donuts anywhere these days…every time we go there’s always some kind of problem and often rudeness to go with it. It’s a shame. I highly recommend avoiding this location.

First-time visit wife and I got a specialty coffee. I got the new chocolate caramel and it was amazing. My only request would be when they made our coffees they just set them on the small counter so we were not aware they were ready. Other than that service was good and the coffees was good. Sucks they close at 530.

I placed a order online when I got there instead of calling me ahead of time (I live 15 min away closest Dunkin ) I get there and basically they didn’t have any of the donuts I ordered (custom dozen) so I asked them to cancel my order they stated they couldn’t cause I had to go through the app well idk if they went ahead and marked the order as received cause it was impossible to cancel it from there I went ahead and went to a different location and the stated they could have easily gave me my refund at that location I still have not received my refund of $26

I go through the drive thru ask for chocolate crème donuts. Lady says oh we’re out of those & then says oh no wait we have them I said ok let me get 6. When we get them realize they’re not chocolate crème they’re Boston filled. Go back through the drive through and I told her we ordered these and you said you had them she said no we don’t have them. WHY DID YOU SAY YOU DID THEN?? I then proceed to ask her do you want me to just go to the window to either give them back or just get a refund and she cuts me off with a YES. Don’t have to be RUDE.

Come here for every Tmobile Tuesday special. I like that there are lots of milk alternatives and non sweet flavors. Non donut foods are yummy too. Plaza has plenty of space to sit and other eateries. Location has a drive through at the back.

If I could rate this location a ZERO I would. My husband ordered a drink online from this location. When he got there, it was wrong and they refused to remake it or replace it until demanding to speak with a manager. Then last Thursday, same people working. He ordered a drink and food. He received a sandwich that smelled and tasted as if it was dipped in cleaner. Same worker from the dispute the week before. This place is unprofessional, keep driving.
