Got here 10 minutes before closing looking forward to a donut and the lady helping us had poor customer service. She stated they were only accepting card, no cash! Had to leave empty handed.

Restaurant is always well stocked. I love using the app! Makes my morning so much easier! Staff isn’t always eager to greet or assist, even when it’s slow. They always seem to have to newest cups available.

The young guys working there clearly don’t want to be there. Not friendly at all. Sad that customer service isn’t a thing here. Iced coffee & donuts were good but but I won’t go back where they could care less about customers.

We came looking for the spider donuts. A friendly blondish girl, advised us that they were out. A young girl with short dark brunette hair and glasses in the background blurted out “THIS IS ALL WE HAVE!”…but didn’t even look our way. I asked the girl who was helping us if they would have it in the morning, she said that she thinks so. I told my child that we’ll try for it again tomorrow and asked what she wanted today. The other girl then turned around, flailed her arms and abruptly said “We’re just the evening crew, we don’t know what the morning crew does. So if they’ll have it, I don’t know.” I dont know what I did to get under her skin. May I suggest that she do more customer service training? Hey, but the coffee and donuts are good! And the rest of the team worked together to get it to us fast.

Kayla and Arion has the most outstanding customer service compared to any Dunkin I’ve been to! They were both amazing when it came to catering to my needs and getting my order out fast and on time. They were both polite and such a joy to the environment! I will continue to go to this location because of their wonderful service Dunkin’ needs more employees like them.

Poor customer service from manager. I had to go and order a wake up wrap twice and waited and waited. The second time never received anything so got up the third time and asked for my wrap. The manager confronted me saying I never ordered it so I asked to speak with the employee that took my order. She did not let him speak and also tried to call me a liar about ordering a muffin saying they were sold out when I clearly showed her that I had half of the muffin I was eating. To top it off while I was walking away with my family she shouted out loud to never come back again.

I have been a regular at this location for two years and I have watched it goes downhill. The last two times that I’ve gotten a breakfast sandwich I found hair the last time not just one hair but three so I opened up the sandwich to see what the heck could’ve happened and there were also string fibers. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

So I put in a mobile order at 5:30 this morning. AM. It was 2 dozen pumpkin donuts for my kiddos class to be picked up at 1:30 pm. Apparently the app doesn’t send the crew the order when it’s out in put rather at the time of pick. It’s just insane that corporate does this to their employees. So my order wasn’t prepared and there were even enough to cover my order. Tone of the girls got to making them ASAP. She was so nice and helpful. I needed them at the school by 2pm. She worked so hard to get them done. It’s just ridiculous to put them under that stress when all of this can be prevented by simply sending mobile orders in when placed so the crew can be ready and organized , not caught off guard.
