I have went from going to Starbucks, Dutch Bros, and now I find myself a fan of DD. I order through the app so I get points they have a great variety of coffee, cold drinks for summer time, awesome breakfast food and how can i not forget Baskin-Robbins? The Harker Heights location is my go to place. The service here is always great. The manager is amazing. If there’s ever an issue with the order they fix it no problem they don’t charge me if somethings out of stock they quickly refund me sometimes the whip cream is melted. By the time I get there to get my drink and they have no problem putting extra whip cream, even though I know it’s not good for my diet . They also make pup cups. Love this location.

There is a reason this location has a low rating by many.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This location is the worst. I have ordered a frozen coffee on three separate occasions and it may as well just be straight liquid coffee. I won’t ever go back to this location. Both Fort Hood St & Clear Creek locations make it perfect!

Do not go here with any expectation of a quick stop. Hit the drive-through for a couple dozen assorted doughnuts and a coffee, only to end up waiting for over 20 minutes. The truck in front of me waited nearly 10 just to order and was only getting a coffee. Once you’re in the drive-through line, you’re basically kidnapped by their curbs and can’t leave. Even after paying, they’ll move you up to the next window, so if all you got was a coffee, you’ll sit and wait behind someone who got something else. There are other small business doughnut places nearby to hit. I will not be going back to this one.

Tried a second visit after a failed 1st…Boston would not be pleased…Why in the world do the counter sales folks put the donuts in the bags icing down!!! We live in Texas folks, from the time I picked up my donuts to getting to the car, the icing started to stick to the bag. This must be how the staff is trained, because that was my 1st visit also. Oh, and the Pina Colada refresher has no flavor! Save your money on buying this flavor of refresher! Everything about this visit was just all wrong.

How something can be simultaneously burned and rubbery soft at the same time is a new feat that only THIS Dunkin location has managed to achieve. As someone who is from the east coast and grew up on DD, this location in Harker Heights has to be the absolute worst I’ve ever had the misfortune of wasting money at. There hasn’t been a single time where they have remembered cream cheese when a bagel & cream cheese is ordered & we have not had to go back to the counter and ask for it again… The seasonal donuts are ALWAYS “sold out”. The cashiers have never once had a good attitude, today they were simply asked what kind of breakfast meats they had in a wake up wrap, and the deadpan, eye rolling reply of “sausage… bacon… turkey sausage…” should have been ended with a “duh” with the amount of expressionless teenage sarcasm dripping from the end of the sentence. We also ordered a cold brew coffee with 1 light splash of a flavor. Iced coffee came as a syrup drink with a splash of coffee. Even the label said “2 pumps” of whatever flavor… they don’t listen very well do they? The bagel was probably the worst I’ve ever eaten from there, and I order a bagel at every dunkin I patron. It tasted like unmixed yeast, burned everything topping, cold rubber tire, & soured cream cheese all at the same time, which I never thought was possible! Do yourself a favor, drive to another donut shop… ANY OTHER donut shop, anywhere in the whole tri-state area just to be certain you avoid this horrible excuse for a shop. This store alone gives the whole Dunkin chain a bad name. Hopefully they open a better one in Temple, TX & shut this one down, or fire everyone on staff and start over trying to salvage their reputation here.

I’ve avoided sharing this about the Harker Heights location but today put me in a bad mood. I come to this location frequently because I live close by and today I was really thirsty and hungry from not eating all day. Usually around 3:30-4pm they are always out of the refreshers so I today asked if they were out vs. them telling me they’re out. I was shocked they had one flavor available still. I also ordered two (2) orders of the plain mini bagels I like even though they are overpriced. So I paid $10 for a large drink and two orders of the mini bagels and made the mistake of checking my order when I got back to work from my lunch break. To my surprise I find two (2) orders of the mini omelets instead of the bagels. I was so hungry that I just went ahead and ate them even though it was cold. I was really looking forward to them because I like them but most times the don’t even have them towards the end of the day. This location needs to get their act together because I’ve been visiting the nearby Taco Bell more often because it’s cheaper and I don’t think they have ever told me their out of stock on something that they advertise. BTW, as you can see on my receipt, it shows what I ordered but still was given the wrong food item. I gave this location two stars because I still ate the food lol.

This location use to be good but now it’s just trash. The food and drinks are always old and the employees are always rude. I waited in line 20 mins with one car in front of me. They really need to get it together
