I stop here every morning for my cold brew before braving I-10 traffic into downtown. Mostly I just go through the drive thru, but I have gone inside as well. Staff is friendly and does a good job to ensure they have your order correct. My order is consistently good and I have had no issues with them. The drive thru is actually FULLY covered which is nice if you are trying to get something during bad weather. I would definitely recommend this place.

The donuts were very doughy. I am from the east coast so I have had Dunkin Donuts since I was kid. A lot of people have said that it is due to the water in Texas that makes donuts, bagels and pizza taste different. Could be true. I have not seen proof one way or another. But I did not like my glazed Dunkin Donuts this time.

This is the most disorganized donut and coffee shop. Be prepared to wait a substantial amount of time for them to take your order, even if you’re the only person in the place. They are 100% focused on the drive through customers only. And even with that they’re extremely slow. It took them 20 minutes to get my order of an iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich, make the order, and get it to me. The workers didn’t seem to know who was making what and they didn’t know what orders to make. It’s a disaster in this place.

Poor staff, i specifically asked for adjustments for my drinks, both drinks tasted like water and i asked for an avocado toast with the bread toasted and my bread was soggy. I did not appreaciate the lady that took my order she was rushing me to finish ordering….

Some of the staffs are really friendly. This is the Togo place for us to get the donuts. You get donut most of the times. Not like other stores. The surprising this was to pay before you buy. It happened only once the cashier was not ready to complete my order before I pay. It was strange. No customer would like to pay before their order is ready for the pick up. I don’t want to debate more on this.

Horrible! I stopped buying at this location because (1) service is slow (2) quality of donuts worsened (3) they always messed up my order. Well today my daughter wanted Dunkin Donuts so we ordered via Mobile App. When we got to drive thru we gave them my mobile order name and they said they don’t have it. We pulled up to the window and gave the order # and my name and showed them the mobile order. AGAIN we were told there’s no order under my name then they said it was picked up already THEN they finally found the donuts. We’re talking about half a dozen donuts. Don’t even get me started with the donut rewards because they are clueless.

I can’t say enough about this location. Although I’m closer to the Katy,TX location (they’re good as well), the morning management and staff know you & your orders even through the drive through. Been coming here since they opened this location and my dog loves her snackin bacon & pup cup

My first time at this location. Went in for an iced coffee and a doughnut. Told the cashier that I wanted a large iced coffee, French vanilla, cream and sugar. I was then asked how many pumps of vanilla I wanted. I was confused because I had never been asked this at the other Dunkin’s I have been to. Then she asked, “4”? So I just said sure. I then told her that I wanted the liquid sugar, not granulated. As another location always put granulated sugar in my iced coffee. Which apparently meant that my order had changed and I had to start over because there wasn’t a button for liquid sugar lol. I repeated my order for the coffee. She said, “ok, anything else”? I said, “yes, I’d also like a sour cream donut”. I was given an old fashioned donut and a French vanilla iced coffee with no cream or sugar (according to the sticker on the cup). So I asked where the creamer and sugar were. The cashier explained that I didn’t want creamer, just liquid sugar… I said, “no ma’am, I wanted cream and sugar. I just didn’t want granulated sugar in my iced coffee”. All I got back at first was, “well, that’s what you ordered”. Flustered by the whole interaction, I just asked for a straw. The cashier asked “well do you want creamer?” So I said “can I have a straw? Or where are the straws”. She pointed to the straws along the wall. I grabbed one and left without checking the donut. So it was a frustrating experience. Only to have both parts of my order wrong. Won’t be making a return trip to this one.
