Ordered online so that I could grab my order and head to work. However, I was told my order wasn’t ready and asked to go inside, once I got inside not one employee knew what I had came inside for all these kids looked lost. Upon waiting an additional 15 minutes I was then given my order in which I immediately gave back because my latte was extremely cold and not sure why if my order wasn’t ready then it should have been hot . Asked one of the ladies to please remake it and she rolled her eyes, and murmured while making it. She handed me the latte hotter than it should but didn’t care to call her out on her poorly job since I was already late to work. As I got to work, I opened the lid to let it cool down and this is what I found: An empty cup. I know latte has foam but should not be missing half of my coffee once it starts evaporating. This location is horrible.

Went there today the wife was craving. Walked in wasn’t greeted by anyone. Saw an employee on their phone not even looked over towards the register. Saw an employee on their phone eating. Asked do you work here and they were yes but on break and there’s 2 others working but might be a minute. Then an employee comes out from restroom and had a stare of like why are these people standing around and looked over and saw his coworker just doing nothing. But was quick to help us out.

Went in this morning to grab my son breakfast before his appt. Instead of donuts he asked could he have a sandwich with sausage & cheese. The female at checkout was very nice (she’s the only reason for 1 star & the fact I couldn’t put anything less) & stated they have a sausage, egg & cheese. I said that’ll work, just no egg because he’s allergic. She proceeded and said she’ll just take the egg off. Well as I’m waiting, the food prep station is open so I saw the young lady making the sandwich. She made the sandwich with the egg on it but realized it said it said no egg. She then took the egg of & bought the sandwich to pickup. I explained to her (nicely) I saw the egg touched & that he’s allergic. Boom, attitude & unprofessionalism activated. Her voice escalates and says “we need to know if their is an allergy”. I looked at my receipt & it states no egg, I then show them. At this point I thought she was remaking the sandwich, but NO, I’ve been standing for at least 3 minutes. Another lady walks up and said do you want a refund? You mean to tell me I’ve been standing here and it wasn’t being remade. During this the blonde young lady with the white vapor Max is upset, agitated, and bothered. Engaging in convos with other employees that seemed towards me, but I won’t assume, was distasteful even if it wasn’t. You’re in a customer service business that is open and customers can hear and see everything. The young lady then come back that asked would I like a refund to say “can I give you a refund or something else?”. I asked for something else, but I noted the unprofessionalism. I see why the overall stars are 1.5, that’s ridiculous. We do frequent this location but usually through the drive thru. This is an unfortunate day of events, because my kids request this place & I actually love their avocado toast. But I’ll simply have find another location. Do better with customer service please. Note, I made my order at 9:40 and didn’t leave until 9:55. Smh.

I was very disappointed with an experience at this Dunkin donuts this morning so stopping here was supposed to be a treat for me. Little did I know what a mediocre experience awaited me. The only thing that was pleasant about my entire Experience was the taste of the donuts themselves. The drink I ordered was horribly sweet and syrupy. And I’m someone who likes sweet things a lot. It was so over done I threw it away. The line was long and went very slowly. And I went Mid to late morning, so it was not during a rush hour. After I received the donuts and paid for them I had to wait for my drink to be made. I waited and waited and when they were finally making a drink that looked like mine they gave it to someone at the drive thru. Finally one of the employees came over and asked me what I was waiting for I told them and they made it in front of me. Also not to sound overly picky but the counter was messy with spills and crumbs and there was little bits of trash on the floor. Over all the whole experience was not worth having again. There are a million donut shops around here and I will just go to 1 of those in the future. I don’t know why, but I was very surprised at this is very poor service and presentation with such a nationally recognized brand.

Worst customer service ever. On multiple occasions. By different staff members. They apparently teach servers to be asinine. Manager who came to assist on one occasion was respectful and courteous. Why do I return? Because I drive delivery in the area. THE WORST! See Ms Garrett’s review. Exactly what I experienced on MULTIPLE occasions.

It’s been a while since I’ve been here since it’s a 7 mile drive, but my grandkids wanted donuts and my wife had a craving for Boston cream donuts. When I walked in I was welcomed by at least 2 of the workers. The 2 young men at the counter were friendly, professional, and patient.

First time there, it is the biggest one I have been. The drive thru is long and has a lot of movement. To purchase thru the drive thru is faster than inside. I did my order in and the omelet bites and chocolate croissant took a while before I get them ( slow staff or disorganized ?). The large hot caramel latte was good. The flavor of the food were fresh, and tasty. I will be back. And this location for now is the online one who has the screen to order inside the store as Mc Donalds (see picture).

Absolutely terrible! I made sure to get names after my last experience here. First off, a girl named Brynn was on register when I had entered and she just had the nastiest attitude even before I got to ask for anything. I tried not to think much of it, maybe she had a bad day, but that’s still not the attitude you want to bring to work. I tried to move past it, but I noticed cockroaches on the floor and it was absolutely disgusting. I made a little comment about in case she didn’t see them so they could do something about it, but she still did not care at all. There was another lady, Leysha, who just seems like she hates her job! I don’t know what position she’s in but maybe she’s not the best to have on crew. The donuts weren’t even worth all this trouble. They were dry and tasted awful. This place overall is just horrible. Bad attitude everywhere, cockroaches roaming around, and nasty food!!!

Asked for an iced water got two ice cubes in the water. Asked for an iced caramel latte with extra espresso (extra charge) and no whip and got no espresso and whip. When I told her she took it back and scraped off the whip cream which took my drink down to 3/4 full and it was a messy disaster, closed the window before giving a straw as I’m holding this dripping coffee outside my window that I didn’t want all over me. This is one of the worst Dunkin’s and I will absolutely not be returning. The service industry is garbage and everyone expects a tip.

The young latina (didn’t catch her name) lady who took my order was very polite and professional. I realized she may have been nervous, new or both to the job. I feel as though her managers or trainer let her down by not properly giving her the knowledge she needed to be at her best. Other than that she was wonderful just needs a little coaching and she’ll be awesome as she already is.
