We went today and there is new management trying to really hard to make it better. Ashley the worker there is so sweet. The coffee drinks were great and had a good variety of donuts to chose from that were fresh not stale. And it was clean inside as well. She’s definitely trying to up this dunkin location customer service.

Worst customer service ever food is old and dry. Lead employee was left behind manager was not there. He was so condescending recording on his own phone our transaction. He was upset because he could not get my order right and asked him for my money back. Charlie would not give me the managers name would not write it for me, but I stood my ground and finally got it. Worst drive-through experience of my life and inside. I’ve never known Dunkin’ Donuts to do that and I wonder if it is allowed for the employees to record on their phones customers he was trying to antagonize me so he could record me or something to put it on Facebook. I’m not sure don’t care , just wanted my order right, but was unsuccessful and left I finally got the managers name and the team leader‘s name.

The staff working there was extremely friendly. The exception being the manager. she berated her employees. Don’t bother coming here until the manager is either retrained or relieved of her position. What an embarrassment. 0/5 stars. I feel bad for the people who have to work for her.

My coffee was really watered down. And I got midnight roast. And my wife’s Carmel crunch frozen drink was room temp and the foam had no carbonation to it. This used to be a decent place to go for coffee. But in the last year it’s gotten really bad.

The girl who checked us out…AMAZING me and my 4 yr old were getting Father’s Day donuts and this rude Indian manager or whatever her position is starts yelling at the poor girl up front bc she dropped a donut and threw it in the trash….she said it’s wasting product? Honey I don’t want a floor donut!!!! She made me and my daughter so uncomfortable!!!!!! Horrible to treat staff that way. She needs to go asap. This will go around to everyone. Be ready!

Just bought coffee. I was going to buy donuts too but after my coversation with my waitress(?) I loss my appetite. I asked for an ice coffee medium, light with 2 splenders. Her response was ” we don’t have light”!
