Asked for lite ice and the employees filled lattes w plenty of ice. Not to mention I asked for two cups of water which they charged me for which is fine I guess but the real disappointment is that the staff failed to fill our lattes to the top. Overall I spent near $15 dollars for these drinks. Starbucks would’ve made it better however I decided to give this place a chance. I won’t be coming back and I don’t recommend to anyone. Some guy w an Edgar haircut on duty failed.

I ordered an ice cream cake from here. It was so awesome!! Delicious!! And they decorated it so beautifully, the birthday girl loved it. If your looking for an ice cream cake, this is the place to get it. It was chocolate ice cream with chocolate cake. The ladies there are so nice and friendly.

I’m fairly new to Dunkin’ and have been pleasantly surprised. I have been on a toasted coconut flavor bend here lately, and Dunkin’ fixed an ice coffee for me today. This place is new to Kerrville and I’ve enjoyed their drive-thru service. Their folks are always friendly and provide the best suggestions which help me learn the menu. Two thumbs up!

Dirty tables, dirty floors, drink case nasty and watered down drinks. We paid 32.00 for 4 drinks and 3 donuts and 3 breakfast sandwiches. I observed the workers when they slowed down just standing around. The tables need to be cleaned and free from germs. This place needs to be cleaner.

This location in particular struggles to keep up with demands. Many times they have been out basics to include boxes for doughnuts. They have run out of the majority of their food products on a regular basis. Showing up early makes no difference. The staff seems frustrated with their situation too.

There has not been a single time I have *ever* been to Dunkin Donuts in Kerrville and they have anything in my order. And I’m not even ordering extravagant stuff, basic menu items. Doesn’t matter the time of the day they’re always out of bacon or bagels or bread or simple drinks. This is very weird for a new location, no? I’ve tried 10-15 times and will not be returning. Staff isn’t great either.

Ice creams obviously good it’s baskin robbins. Unfortunately every time we ask for a waffle cone they’re always out. None of the BR’s in san Antonio have this issue. I think they’re made fresh in store so it’s just a case of extreme laziness. Oh well.
