We just had apple-friter at this DD location with some apples in it. My girlfriend Pamela loves them and she gets it every time we have the chance to stop at DD as we travel in our RVs across the country. She was shocked to find apples in it. The coffee was very favorable too..much beter from most DD we have visited. We have no answer to why it was so much better at this location… we will be back.

The drive thru person took about 5 minutes to take my order and she seemed very blah when she finally took it. It’d be more understandable if they have were busy, but but there was no one else in line. And when I got my snacking bacon there was hardly any bacon in there at all. At least I got my coffee.

me and my brother went for coffee this morning and the girl taking our order must have been distracted or just partially deaf because while ordering we repeated our order at least 3 times back to her and every time she read it back wrong. Finally she got the right order for me, medium iced green tea sweetened and when I get up to the drive through the tea wasn’t sweetened. I asked for her to put a pump of simple syrup in my tea and she took it just to give it back within a second; nothing was added in! Is this job REALLY that hard that this happens EVERY time we go?

Great staff who are friendly and fast. I pick up a coffee each morning and the staff start making my coffee usually before I order. The entrance backs up in the morning with drive through customers. For faster service, I typically enter on the side street (Matador St) and order from the counter.

I usually frequent this place and only ever use the drive thru, but today, I decided to go in… what a mistake that was. FLIES EVERYWHERE. They were ON THE DONUTS and in the seating area on multiple tables and chairs. One sofa I looked over at had at least six on it. Behind the register everythings messy. The counters and all. Its a wonder anyone can get any kind of work done like that. The atmosphere was hectic and weird and I even watched a person handling orders pick their nose so, yeah, will not be going back. Never been so grossed out in my life.

Ordered a medium Carmel craze, received small capacino instead. Tots were super cold. Only one person opening and line was blocking traffic on 14th st. Another person arrived before I ordered because it to so long and order was wrong, not happy.
