I just ordered from the drive thru this morning and I’m assuming it was a manager who just disrespected me. He had an accent and short dark hair. I asked for my receipt and he goes “why so you can just throw it away?” Like you think that’s appropriate to say to customers?? What does it matter to you if I want my receipt? If you don’t want to be nice to people, don’t go into CUSTOMER SERVICE! Extremely disrespectful and not satisfied at all.

Had decaf coffee for the first time. I’m shocked, it was absolutely delicious. I’ve been a Starbucks fan for years and years but Dunkin is my new loyalty because the coffee tastes like coffee. So delicious without even adding all the fluff of flavorings. Also had the English muffin sandwich and it was delicious. The bread is so soft. My husband had the bagel sandwich and it was a great sized bagel. Fast service, clean atmosphere. A fan to return for certain.

Nice lady picked a coffee for me that was fantastic. She also picked out two boxes of donuts for friends at Enterprise rent a car & O’Reilly’s auto parts. Fast service,, In and out. She was super busy but took the time to take great care of me! I’ll be back to that Redd road store.
