I stop at this location practically every morning and the only reason I’m such a loyal customer is because of 2 employees, Mariana & Brittney. These ladies are absolutely the best! Mariana brightens up my day with her kindness and goes above & beyond to ensure my coffee is exactly how I like it. As previous reviews mentioned, they are Inconsistent w/their orders because I’ve definitely have had my fair share of frustrations. However, when you have employees like these ladies it makes me stop by just to make their day brighter just like they do mine. To the owner, take care of these ladies because they know how to take orders, greet customers properly, rush out orders and overall are not appreciated as much as they should be! I do go to the George Dieter location because my coffee & food quality is much better but if it wasn’t for Mariana & Brittney, I wouldn’t even bother wasting my time & money at this location. Thank you ladies & keep on working hard… I see you & value your work ethics.

I have been to this dunkin quite a few times already and they NEVER have donuts. They say that they get them at 3 am which is why they run out, but if you’re open 24 hours it would be nice to be able to buy donuts. The people at the drive thru are rude and don’t seem to want to work.

Where do I start…. I live down the street from this Dunkin location and I have given them so many chances not to mess up my coffee but time and time again I am disappointed. Take a look at this cold brew I ordered. It’s filled with ice and no coffee. I am so disappointed because I literally just paid for ice with a splash of coffee…… anywho if your ordering the cold brew make sure you mention light ice or you will get this…

The drive thru lady was rude. Gave us one donut instead of 2 that we ordered. She still charged for the other donut and didn’t even apologize. First time I get this rude behavior. If they don’t like their job then don’t work with the public.

FRAUD AND THEFT WARNING!!! Do not order from this location. It is a scam and they will steal your money. I placed an order online and when I showed up to pick up my order they told me they did not have any doughnuts and if I wanted I could come back the next day and they should have some. Apparently, the doughnuts are the smartest things in the store. After using crayons to explain to the employee why coming back the next day was not an option, I asked for a refund. He did not know how to give a refund and after 10 minutes of back and forth the person he was asking finally came to the window and also showed he too did not know how to give a refund and was just guessing. I asked for the managers name and number and he handed me a post it note with a random phone number. I asked him to write the managers name on the post it so I would know who to ask for. He gave me back the post it with scribbling on it and said, you can call Vero or the Dunkin 800 number. So I called Dunkin the next day and they told me, no they could not process the refund because it is an independently owned store and that the store should have processed the refund. So I called the number and the number just rings and rings. So now I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. This location is either a complete scam and fraud or it is run by people dumber than the doughnuts they sell. Based on my experience, it seems both are true. Beware and avoid this location!!!

This place always parks the cars for even the smallest orders!!! They take to long to give you your food so expect to wait 15-20 minutes. Also why was I parked for 2 Glazed Donuts!!!!!!!

Not a good start to your day when the little girls at the window are rude and you find 2 long hairs in your coffee! I like Dunkin coffee more than Starbucks coffee but they have the worst customer service ever!! Always a hit or miss at this location.

I went to Dunkin for 2 coffees at around 3:45 pm. There were no other cars parked out front or in the driveway so I must have been the only customer. When I pulled to the drive thru I was informed they did not have cold brew, that’s fine, so I switched my drink and they made it incorrectly with whole milk instead of my dairy free alternative. I noticed just after pulling away so I went back around for them to remake it however they did not seem to care. There were two male workers there and both of their headsets were lit up because they were talking to each other and they were just leaning against the bar talking chisme the whole time. After 7 minutes they finally brought out my drink and it was correct this time, however I received no apology for the mistake or for the wait. Terrible customer service, especially considering I was the only customer there. Lame experience.

We just left you location and ordered the new Rockstar drink and told they didn’t have the Rockstar. We noticed a Rockstar drink being served for another customer. When we asked about it, we were told they were put and could not sell it to us. Manager told us they started selling the promotional drink on the 24th…so you should have it stocked because it’s new. Get your lies together.
