I’m getting irritated with who ever makes the coffee it used to be good highly recommend over Starbucks but ever since they got new staff they can’t seem to get my Carmel latte right usually I’ll have them remake it but sometimes I’m not the one ordering it. It’s really not that hard. Also when I order the sandwichs or mini bagels there still frozen in side and that’s very inconvenient.

Somehow they charged me $6 for a medium iced coffee with almond milk which tasted sweeter than their donuts. That was the last straw. I’m done buying Dunkin, they used to be the cheaper alternative and actually tasted good.

Accidentally grabbed the wrong coffee! Oops! Staff was very friendly and attentive and fixed it right away. The croissants go quick but they will substitute sourdough, bagel, or English muffin. Coffee was the perfect temperature as well. Love coming here!

Let me just say it’s extremely hard to find a DD location that can actually make my drink RIGHT (simple frozen drink straight off tht menu, ONLY modification, NO WHIP yes sprinkles)…. HOWEVER THIS 88th/Wads location is the ONLY location that makes it correctly! Not to mention, GARY that Manager does any amazing job with his staff! And he’s always READY/willing to make my drink!!! Especially since I request HE make it IF he’s working that day! Gary has gone out of his way to not only make my “hi maintenance” drin but it’s perfection! There’s been multiple times I’ve left a different DD location (b/c they can not make a simple beverage THAT’S ON THE MENU) and Gary’s REMADE it got nf correctly!! I drive ALL the way from Louisville JUST to get my FROZEN PECAN CRUNCH COFFEE, NO WHIP made BY GARY!! THANK YOU GARY FOR GOING ABOVE & BEYOND for me!!!! I couldn’t be MORE grateful (ESPECIALLY when paying so much $$ for these coffee drinks ITS NICE WHEN THEY ARE MADE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME)!!!!
