Once upon a time I dated a beautiful woman who introduced me to this facility. They still serve hot and ready meals and fresh coffee. My favorite French curlers are still fresh and on hand. The staff still eager to help and provide you with the best experience possible. The facility was in great shape clean freshly mopped. Thank you for the good experience team.

I love that the coffee is less expensive than Starbucks, but I would rather pay more than be disappointed. I can’t remember the last time I visited this Dunkin and wasn’t disappointed (the only reason we keep going, they have donuts). The tables were dirty, which I could understand later in the day, but we were in at 8a and there were 7 employees working (5 of which were just standing around talking). My breakfast sandwich was decent but flat as a pancake. My Caramel latte was really good but the refresher we ordered was almost too sweet to drink. Ordered hash browns for the first time, incredibly disappointed. We only received 6 small rounds in the bag and they were almost charred and had a weird taste.

Ordered a coffee a latte and a chorizo wrap which we order all the time in maine but this was the best wrap we ever got lots of meat and not soupy looking like usual. Our coffees where made wrong and I’m not one to complain about things so i was walking out but i made a grossed out face when I drank it and the owner manager corporate guy who ever it was saw me and asked if he could remake my coffee and did and it was great and I’m impressed by the customer service. He said If your paying money for it it should be the way you want it. Amen

The food is great, but there’s this one girl who is rude as hell. I get having bad days but this is the second or third time coming to this location and she’s being rude to customers. Don’t take a morning job if you can’t be nice that early and help people enjoy the start of their day. We can’t even ask for a second to look at the menu because she got impatient and tried to push us to order faster. Then she doesn’t even come up to the window to give people their food or take their payment, she lets somebody else come up. It’s always the same voice and same attitude at the drive-thru and then a different person at the window.

Jesse took care of me and it went perfectly. Above and beyond. Their coffee cups are cheaper and beautiful with great designs and quality. Jesse suggested a wonderful beverage, and offered other great items also took the time on a busy day to clean my cup for my refill. In a few minutes I felt like a queen thanks to Jesse. Thank you ma’am and the whole store of wonderful, hard working and compassionate superstars.

Staff member at the drive thru window said “go ahead whenever you’re ready”, and then immediately said: “helloooooooooooo” as I was trying to decide what to order. I thought that was tremendously rude and clearly the idea of “whenever I’m ready” means something completely different to her than it did to me. So I decided not to get breakfast here and only ordered a small coffee, because there are lots of places I can order breakfast from who are at least trying to appear that they appreciate my visit. I’ve been to plenty of Dunkin locations (mostly out of state) where they do appreciate my visit and treat me with respect, but this is not it. Shame.

Very clean. Super customer service, man was very patient w me and my toddler. We came around 10:30 so the donuts did not taste super fresh. The environment was nice and they have ports and Wi-Fi for customers to use. I would definitely gone again. They have a baskin robins side we want to try.

On my way to work I decided to grab me a coffee and some bacon avocado toast, and when I finally get it it doesn’t have any sweetener in it. No big deal I circle back an park and tried to go in to have them fix it. As there drive thru was to long and I had to go to work. But there lobby was closed due to “short staffing” so I call their phone number an the line was busy. So I finally give up only for me to finally eat my toast to see the bacon burnt and barely on it. This is just weird to me, I’ve never Experienced such bad customer service. I wish I could’ve waited in the drive-through but I had to get to work. Waste of money waste of time.
