My sourdough breakfast sandwich still had the separation paper on the cheese melted through the whole thing. This is a choking hazard. What kind of people do you have employed here and why aren’t they being trained properly? Do not go to this location, they have had incompetent employees since they opened.

Best coffee and delicious breakfast sandwiches! I forgot my wallet and ran home to get it. When I returned, Brooke was there to greet me with a freshly made order and smile on her face. She turned a rough morning into a great day and made me feel so comfortable. Nicely done Dunkin!

Whoever is the GM, Dm, Rvp of this location clearly is not engaged with their business. You all have failed miserable at this location. The service was horrible and rude. However walking into your lobby blew me away. I have honestly never seen such a gross entrance. All the glass inside hasn’t been cleaned in weeks as you can see the build up. The floors were sticky, spills everywhere, food all over. All trash cans were packed full. We had 4 people walk in behind us and all of them looked around in disbelief. Honestly this establishment wouldn’t pass a health code check right now. Sad to see such poor leadership these days.

Ordered a grilled cheese, got one slice of burnt toast and another of raw bread with what smelled (and tasted) like expired rotten dairy in the middle. I’m impressed though by how they manage to not only mess up the food this bad but the entire store is staffed by young girls cursing at and making fun of the looks of customers behind the counter when everyone in the lobby can hear. Of course there are a few helpful employees, but it seems most of the staff is paid to do almost nothing and have no clue how to prepare items on the menu correctly. On the other hand, I could have just been served expired product so they could still earn money. In any case, this location is really a disgrace to all other food related businesses.

I live in the apartments next door and as I type this I am on 23 minute wait. Apparently Ordering online doesn’t work because I even waited 12 minutes and came over and they didn’t have the order. I get the order go out to the car and they forgot the donut. Absolutely the worst place for food I have ever gone. Never again coming back

I have loved Dunkin’ Donuts since I was a child, and it makes me happy to savor the smells that are so familiar! This Dunkin’ does a terrific job of keeping those fond memories alive and well! The food is very good and the staff is amazing? Brooke behind the counter can always be counted on for a big smile and a cheerful welcome!

Tried this location multiple times and every time I have gone, the drive thru attendant is RUDE! Their tone is as though I’m bothering them to take my order. Food and drinks are consistently inconsistent and incorrect. Absolutely terrible. This place used to be good. Whoever they hired and the folks working there in the last 4 months have really taken this place downhill. However, it starts with management so from my position on this, management needs to work on their leadership skills and lead their team. This place ain’t doing it!

@10:00 am on a Sunday 7 people working and it took 38 minutes to get the wrong order After having to get my drink remade and telling the kid working at the cash register that my drink was wrong and I was still missing a breakfast sandwich all i got was a response of huh and then another girl comes over and tell the same thing frozen hot chocolate is supposed to be frozen not just melted ice and chocolate milk in a cup after 46 minutes i gave up on trying to get my missing sandwich and left. This the worst experience they need to hire people that actually pay attention.

This Dunkins finally got some employee turnover, and once again has workers that actually care. We tried it again today and it’s a complete 180 from where this place was 3 months ago. Drinks were made excellent, the food was really good and cooked well, and the employees actually had a smile on their face. Definitely worth going again!
