Employees make you feel like you are inconveniencing them when all you are doing is trying to order some donuts…if they put any donuts in a bag, watch out, they will be completely crushed in there. Most of the time they are out of some of the specialty donuts. We used to go pretty regularly, now will just go to the Donut House literally right across the street.

I ordered a dozen assorted donuts. When we got home the entire dozen were plain donuts. I drove back 15 minutes and was given a box of donuts of the countertop = $18.00. I asked if I could get some with sprinkles as our children and friends request and was charged another $10 for a half dozen. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and the MANAGER CORY was never un helpful to the situation. Will not be going back.

For anyone needing to know how to greet customers with sincerity, please come check out this location. Greeted with a huge genuine smile just as soon as I entered the door. How are you today! smiling the whole time… Very professional in speaking and the most important observation, it was all very sincere and real. If DD corporate office sees this review, she deserves her own franchise or some type of high level corporate/travel the world training position on how to speak and engage with your customers. What she portrayed this morning at 5:45am, has been lost in today’s customer service world. Not to mention, while sitting and drinking my coffee, everyone was very much in the same great mind set! I pre-ordered and paid for eight dozen donuts for pick up at 8 am. Once arrived waited for 10 minutes before anyone could assist me with picking up my Donuts. I was very specific at the time of placement on what I wanted in each box hence the reason for a pre-order. What I got was 8 dozen donuts of plain, stale non consistent donuts and in no way was it what I paid for or requested. Absolute worst Dunkin Donuts in the area!

Experience is pretty on par with other Dunkin locations I’ve been to. The place always has a feeling of chaos and disorganization, quality of the drinks are inconsistent, and a staff that is not up to the task of handling the volume. They’ve recently added large touch screens to order on. Ran through that process and it broke at time of payment, all while getting skipped in line. It’s never a smooth experience in this place. Look elsewhere for a better value.
