I can’t believe this place is still in business. I’m guessing it’s cause no one wants to wait for Starbucks. I’ve gotten sandwiches at other Dunkin locations and they’re my favorite, but this location!?! Never again! I ordered a sweet pepper bacon sandwich and got mushed regular bacon and cheese. Not even an egg on the sandwich!?! Out of the 4 doughnuts I ordered I only got 1 and it wasn’t even one of the ones I ordered!! Always out of this and that. Thank goodness I got my points back. Do not go here if you want quality Dunkin cause it’s not there!!

Worst Dunkin’ I have ever been to. I have been many times and they are just always super slow, get an order wrong, or are out of basically everything. I don’t think it’s too much to ask at 8:45 am everytime I go, to have a Bagel I want. Yes everytime is not an exaggeration and I go at that time on my way to work. Here’s an attached photo of their “work”. Wanted an everything Bagel. Ended up having to get a cinnamon raisen and they gave me a half plain half cinnamon raisen. I’m done with this place. TRASH.

Showed up around 0745 and the lobby was closed so was forced to go through drive thru that took about 20 minutes with 6 cars in front of me. When I finally arrived at the window, I had to remind the worker what kind of donuts I ordered for some reason. Then about a couple minutes later, someone else came to the window and asked if I had ordered and what I was waiting for. Had to tell this different worker what I had ordered since somehow they are unable to keep track inside. After about what felt like 5 minutes ago the window I finally received my order. How does it take 5 minutes to get 2 orders of hash Browns when they are already heated in the toaster and to grab just 6 donuts, which they look like they were put together by someone who didn’t have a clue what they were doing. Service has declined everywhere since covid and somehow these businesses keep thriving somehow. Probably since people keep accepting mediocre service and food and keep coming back for more. I will not be one to come back to mismanaged place. Not even my kids ate the donuts they were so bad.

Awful dunkin’ donuts. Never staffed, always missing items. Don’t try and do a mobile order here either. Workers cannot understand basic instructions.I once had a mobile order I accidentally had walk in instead of drive though and the girl told me at the drive in I couldn’t get it, I had to walk in. I could literally see my drink right next to her.

The doughnuts we got were rock hard (most likely yesterdays batch). The girl didn’t give me my receipt so I couldn’t take them back to get a refund. The wake up wraps were rock hard also. If I had realized this before I drove the 7 miles back home I would have gone back. But we didn’t have time to go back due to work and school schedules. We couldn’t even eat anything we got because it was so unpalatable

I always seem to give this store a try because of convenience and I always end up disappointed. The food is always either wrong or cold, most of the time I find myself repeating my entire order multiple times as if they just aren’t paying attention when I am ordering. I love dunkin but this store is a mess every time.

The girl with face tats(one looked like cherries) made my food; first off she has a terrible attitude for the food service industry, secondly the bacon i ordered was soggy and I don’t believe anyone actually enjoys it that way, and finally there was a puddle of bacon greasy/liquid at the bottom of the bacon bag. They had a few orders going at the same time, but I don’t feel like that is an excuse.

Maryanne is the manager and an extremely hard working employee who takes immense pride in her job! Every time I enter this store location through the lobby, I am cheerfully welcomed in, and I feel right at home! One evening, when I used the drive thru instead of walking into the store, I had a small problem with my online app order. Waited 12 minutes to pick up an uber eats order, for 6 donuts and an iced coffee. They couldn’t blend the iced coffee. It was just coffee with ice in it. Every single time I try to take an order from here they are out of something and get me to call the customer. The order should be ready when I get here. Calling the customer is the businesses job. Don’t waste time picking up orders from here. You will wait a long time and have to do part of their job. No one in there today seemed to know what was going on.
