AVOID THIS PLACE!! Food quality is awful. I gave this store a chance…again after a year. Again, a one star. I ordered 2 wake up wraps, 2 Boston cream donuts and a coffee. The wake up wraps were so nasty. My dog wouldn’t even eat the chewy tortilla shells. The shells were burnt in a microwave or something like that.

I got a wrap because they were out of the two other options I chose. I ordered turkey bacon. Pretty sure I got sausage, but that’s not the biggest issue. Mistakes happen. It was ice cold and tasted like a cheap shoe smells. It was pretty vile. I would be embarrassed to serve food like this.

Service was excellent! The two girls, Alexis and Summer were so friendly and service was great! How refreshing to see smiling, friendly and professional staff in an establishment. This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND HORRIBLE SERVICE!! They close an hour early a lot just because they don’t have everything on the menu! They will even refuse to serve you a drink because they don’t want to make it. These kids working at night are very rude and lazy!!! This is the one off of Austin Bluffs, I never have problems at the other location. But this one they should just close the store after 12 since no one after wants to work and be rude and lazy!!!

Stopped in around 1030am after a doctors appointment . Coffee was still hot enough to burn your tonsils. the donut was pretty good. Chocolate frosted, how can that not be good. Overall, meh!

The Pecoraros
Upon arrival, the bun headed clerk yells out to use the kiosk, which we did but then it wouldn’t take out payment. A very nice black man came over and took our order. We got our munchkins right away, but then waited over 10 minutes for our drinks. During which time, a delivery driver came in and his order wasn’t ready, so bun lady stopped everything she was doing to g finish that order – even though the driver had left to pick up another order. When we got our drinks my matcha was almost white, and tasted like a glass of cold milk. When we left the store, over six people were in line, and no one was even taking orders.

Been coming to this location multiple times a week for a year now and everyone has been great up until some woman named Jennifer started “managing” the location. Prior to her the employees were always pleasant and some of them even knew me and my car and would have my mobile order waiting for me which was so nice and was the main reason I kept using that location. But for the past 2 weeks every time I’ve come there I’ve had an issue with an employee, including Jennifer. They’re rude, condescending, out of uniform, unkempt hair that looks like they just woke up from a nap, baggy shirts with no name tags, the list goes on. Today, some teenager named Kelly told me she didn’t care if I ever came back to the store and that it was her last day so she didn’t care if I was upset. Seems to me that this location has a hiring problem and they will continue to lose business because of it. After this experience, I can see why Starbucks is able to get away with charging the prices they do- the product is objectively better and the service is always fantastic at Starbucks.

Went in and they only had about half of the donuts they are supposed to have on offer. Didnt even have Boston cream donuts, one of their signatures, or chocolate donuts. Weird dead atmosphere too, like the employees do not want to be there. Wont return.

I don’t know how this store is still in business the way it’s ran. The ovens are NEVER working so don’t expect food items. Don’t doordash here because your order will be cancelled. The staff is very rude. This store needs to be shut down. Worst store in the Springs.
