I would give it no stars if I could. Went there and the latte machines were down. So I ordered a cold brew. Something that is done that quick and yet it took them a while before noticing we were even there. Employee’s was just on their phone and didn’t acknowledge us at all!!!! Very disappointed.

Ordered a Latte and got a side of attitude from worker Chrissy. The Latte was warm at best and just meh. The girl who made it was friendly, but that other one . I was really shocked that Great Wolf guest would be treated this way.

I came on a day where a few things were going wrong for the location (donuts hadn’t arrived that morning, gate hadn’t been unlocked, etc). The staff though, specifically Taylanna, were so kind and accommodating during a busy rush. Taylanna never once lost the smile on her face as she helped customer after customer. It’s the best customer service I’ve received at Dunkin Donuts. I hope that the company knows what a valuable employee they have!!

Coffee was good, but the staff was not attentive. My daughter has type 1 diabetes and asked for a sugar free drink. We are always very attentive and repeat that request more than once. She thought the drink tasted sweet but drank it anyway and ended up with an extremely high blood sugar. Not cool! Thank God she has an insulin pump or we would have ended up in the ER!
