Breakfast sandwiches were made wrong & when we finally got them they tasted like cardboard. Donuts were good but a lil pricey and the girls working there acted as if they were doing us a favor to even take our order. I don’t recommend this place … there is a sonic just donw the road that makes much better Breakfast sandwiches.

Bacon in the Sandwich tastes like chemicals. And the coffee didn’t taste any better( Coffee taste very processed and synthetic). Had to throw away 75% of what was left in our drinks away, even my son wouldnt finish it ( He said his french vanilla machiato just tasted like sugar with no coffee taste or vanilla teast. With 3 coffee drinks, donuts and the gross BACON breakfast sandwich came out to $40.00, not worth it !!!!!!!

Staff are rude and act like your order is an inconvenience to them. I have never walked in to such an unfriendly store before. The girl there with the pink hair complaining about issuing a refund and rolling her eyes at customers needs a lesson on customer service.

Overpriced everything. Why buy donuts here that are being thawed and are not fresh, for nearly $2.00 a piece, when you can buy fresh made delicious donuts at Coloradough just 2 minutes away? Not worth the price.

Quality is usually ok, but my experience as of 4/11 is speed and service are severely lacking. Waited 10 minutes for omelette bites and still didn’t get them, first customer in the door in the morning. Just be prepared to wait restaurant times for fast food quality I guess.

Went to get ice cream as this is a Baskin Robins/ Dunkin at 3 pm on a hot Sunday. They close at 1. Ive came here from out of town at 8 am to be told they were out of most everything. I wont try to come back again.

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant and bacon breakfast wrap. Also, a double chocolate cake donut and a blueberry cake donut. We initially had the croissant messed up, and made as a sausage breakfast wrap. Also got 2 double chocolate donuts, no blueberry. They took 1 chocolate donut back and replaced it with a blueberry, and tried correcting the sausage breakfast wrap.. We waited for them to make a new sandwich, and they messed up again, and made it a sausage egg and cheese bagel… waiting for the incorrect food and the wrong replacement orders made me late for my dentist appointment, so we took the bagel and left. How hard is it to listen the first time? And then to mess up the order again when you’re trying to fix it, shows that you’re really not paying attention, or just don’t care.

Well what can i say, I love coffee. It was so nice to be able to stop at a dunkin coffee shop as its my preference over Starbucks. Although the latte was a lil light on the coffee, but still enjoyable and it still had great flavor. The people were friendly and made the order fast. Thanks!

I wish they would get proper training, literally takes FOREVER in the drive through and more times than not the order is wrong! I usually deal, but today I have decided no more! Several times I’ve ordered the avocado toast with bacon when they do have it in stock they forget the bacon, today it doesn’t even look cooked! Come on guys consistency!
