Service was slow, I’m not sure if the associates are new, or don’t understand that coffee and Donuts are for before work and they need to be faster. The priority is the drive through so order ahead of time otherwise you will wait. They have an area for pickup for all of the platforms like Uber Eats, Grub Hub and Door Dash. Trash Can was full by front door and the lobby floor needed to be swept up. Parking lot had trash in it as well. I didn’t get a chance to analyze the restrooms for cleanliness however I took pictures of everything I wrote. I order 15 pumpkin munchkins and a Pumpkin Spice Latte and it was really good.

Went there this morning, ordered thru the drive thru, donuts came cold, smashed and very unpleasant looking. I was already don’t the road when I opened the box to see them; the chocolate donuts were the wrong type, there was no Boston crème in my box. The girl who took the order by intercom sounded mad and annoyed. Please do not come to this place when it opens or at all. Dunkin, do better. I want a refund.

This place is ridiculous. I went in to get munchkins, but they didn’t have any chocolate glazed munchkins which is fine, so I switched up my order to a dozen donuts. I said assorted, but I wanted to pick my own. They were like “oh if you want to pick your own just for future reference don’t say assorted. Okay my bad, however; you want to correct me on how to order the donuts, but you can’t prepare the donuts correctly because you sell me a donut with a screw on it! Unbelievable! How asinine is that.

We usually stop by here after visiting Simon med. It’s usually a nice, calm place to have a breakfast sandwich or some donuts. Although, the last time we stopped by there was this loud music playing that was kind of annoying. It was definitely not being played by the store itself..this was rap music coming from the back area. They would turn it down then turn it back on. ‍♀️ Hopefully it was just a fluke.

My drive-thru experience took a little long. Upon pulling up to the window I discovered there were only 2 employees working. I want to make note that this location is know to be considerably busy throughout the day. It was obvious these girls were barely handling the heavy work load but handling it they were. My food came out exactly as ordered, hot and fresh. Kudos to the two working the Thursday morning AND afternoon shifts. Even under pressure and stressed out they provided excellent customer service and maintained positive attitudes. They even noticed our dog in the back and gave him a pup cup! If I was their manager reading this I would highly consider upping their pay or possibly giving OT pay for their efforts.
