I guess it is a widely known fact that a person goes to Dunkin for the coffee and not the donuts. The doughnuts were horrible. Greasy, hard, and overly sweet. They were also extremely expensive and not worth the money a kind student wasted on the gift card for teacher appreciation week. Four donuts and water cost $12!

I love Dunkin and I have tried and tried this location. It’s just consistently bad, even for fast food expecations. My favorite thing about Dunkin was always the consistency in the flavor/pour of my coffee order but this location is a mess. The cream or syrup is always really high or low, coffee taste burnt or weak, and even when they underpour your drink an inch, they STILL manage to spill outside the cup. Your lid and cup rim will be likely be smashed so when you drink, the lids not really on or it leaks. It rarely performs like other Dunkin locations.

Came to get a coolatta like I always do at Dunkin. They filled it with ice and barely any syrup. Tastes nasty. The dunkin in warner and McClintock is better. The menus are on a tv screen and keep switching with annoying animations so you can’t fully read it as well.

I used to come here often but i will not anymore. To being ignored for minutes multiple times when i walk in and dealing with rude service. Just ordered my hot coffee and my lid was not on all the way which spilled in my car and slightly burned my hand.

Terrible! I pulled up to the drive thru and asked for a moment to see the menu, after 30 seconds, the employee was rushing me and very unfriendly, mind you there was no one behind me and the place looked dead inside. When I pulled up to the window I tried my best to be kind because obviously the girl was not having a good day. When I got to the window it was another girl who attended me, she also seemed unfriendly and looked like she hated her job. I smiled and and greeted her and all she did was hand me my drink and said your foods coming and shut then window. Then another girl came to the window and just handed me my bag. I was so shocked and displeased with the whole experience. I would expect it from a McDonald’s not from here. I’ve never experienced that at a Dunkin’ before and also my food was soggy and gross and to top it off they forgot my donut! Idk if I’ll ever go to another Dunkin’, it just didn’t seem worth it. Food, coffee and customer service was unacceptable. 🙁 The cashier’s name was Scarlett.
