Absolutely terrible. Cold brew was just “fresh” brewed boiling coffee over ice, which melted and watered down the coffee. Looked like sewer water. Sweet cream? Soft top? It’s just canned whipped cream. Tater tots are always so soggy. Taste like grease. I want quality over quantity, but I guess Jay is more busy with Kababeque to even give Dunkin the chance to be better. I guess with Dunkin being so cheap, you get what you pay for. At least the donuts are decent.

I spent almost an hour in the drive thru with only 5 people in front of me on a Wednesday morning. This is one of many times I have had this issue. Staff is very under trained. There have also been mix ups on my orders several days in a row. I’m not usually one to complain publicly but this is crazy.

Rather busy when we arrived. Quite a line for drive up service and all wanted blended ice cream drinks. Several young ladies in. Front of us but worth the wait for a coconut/pineapple cone.

We just went through the drive thru just now and the guy gave us our donuts, I opened them to give one to my kid and saw a chunk was missing out of one, and another was smashed. We told the guy at the window and he gave us a dirty look and said “it’s not a big deal” and made a big deal of giving us a full donut that we paid for. We were so mad we went inside and gave them our food back. I then tried to call to speak with a manager to get our refund and nobody answered. We will no longer be coming back even though this is the closest place to our house. Customer service is getting worse and worse, do better.

I don’t even know why I bother ordering ahead, every time I do they don’t start making my order until I’ve been waiting 5-10 minutes and then I finally have to ask someone to start my order. Happens every time, I only go there as a last option. I had to wait 42 minutes for a hot chocolate and a snack bacon. The staff is so slow

Antonio gave me cold coffee and said well sorry we don’t have any coffee and it will take 25 minutes to make a fresh pot. Wich is a lie it takes 3 minutes. Then he says we’ll give it to me and I can warm it up for you. Then he say with the worst attitude what are you going to want. He got upset when I asked for fresh coffee. And now the drive thru line will have to wait because he is a lazy person and didn’t have fresh coffee Adriana the new night manger was nice . And offered to upsize my coffee. But I declined I said I just want Antonio to drop the attitude with customers . And how bad does he make Dunkin look telling customers oh well I’m not making fresh coffee

The website claims that this location is open until 10pm, I pulled up to the drive through ant 9:30pm and waited for 10 minutes until some guy came out and said they were closed. The employees at the window didn’t even acknowledge that I was there and just stared at me as they continued their conversation
