Went thru Drive through placed order went to window and waited over 5 minutes with nobody at the window. Next visit ordered an ice tea got all the way home to find out it was an ice coffee. Went all the way back and was greeted with are you sure it’s ice coffee. I mean I know the difference but ok. No I’m sorry or have a nice day. Customer service at this location is in need of major attention.

This spot is decent. The staff has a high turnover, which I think contributes to the fluctuation in the level of service or if your order comes back to you correctly or not. Overall probably on the higher end of average when it comes to DD locations.

Ordered 50 assorted munchkins for my sons birthday party. Got home, and opened the box to find only 40 mixed munchkins to include ZERO powdered, ZERO jelly filled munchkin. We only got chocolate and glazed. Overall, they tasted very average and the kids preferred some other snack we had more. We ended up throwing half of them out. for $16 this was a waste of money. In my opinion, you’d be better off skipping Dunkin’ all together.

Holy Cow! The service is HORRIBLE! The young lady was incredibley rude! She mumbled so bad and when I asked her to repeat herself, I received an eye roll and and another mumble. When I didn’t answer her question (legit couldn’t understand what she asked) we got attitude. I can hear the staff in the back slamming things around and complaining about people in the drive – thru. The doughnut was good (as Dunkin aways excels there) but the hash browns were mush in the bag. Will not be back to this location.

I’m not a huge fan of their donuts, but my kids love them. I always get their hot breakfast sandwiches which I find to be really good for the price point. I like their coffee much better than Starbucks and with the donuts on the menu, it’s my preference over Starbucks every time. Inside atmosphere in this store is very stark and sterile, they could really use a complete overhaul to make it feel friendly and warm.

I chose to go inside instead of drive thru an the cashier’s attitude was really bad in my opinion. She was not friendly and kept correcting me on the names of the donuts. An then would say ” is that all” after every time I added to my order. I did pull someone in management aside before I left an explained what happened an they said would have a talk with her.

This place is excellent. All the staff here are friendly and professional, the place is always clean, and they make everything quickly. I’m very impressed with the quality of this location. Some of them are junky and terrible.

I ordered an iced Matcha latte large through drive-through, and when I got it, and majority of the cup is full of foam, so at the end of the day I paid for a half a cup of matcha latte when I ordered a large . was not happy when i showed up to work and my drink was half full when i have not even has a sip yet .
