Drive Thru is the worst. 25 minutes waiting for coffee is unacceptable. Not even busy and they struggle to make simple drinks correctly. After waiting 25 mins in 100+ weather did not even feel like arguing.

My family and I were in town over night for the Arizona Bowl football game. This location was just up the road from our hotel. Seeing as how my kids love the donuts and I am rather fond of the cold brew coffee, my daughter and I stopped by. Upon entering there was a group of people sitting at the tables waiting for their companion to pay for their order. The only issue was that their companion was stoned out of his mind. It took several minutes for them to pay and leave. Throughout this entire ordeal the cashier was patient and calm. He did a wonderful job with the situation. Once that was taken care of, he promptly took my order. He also ensured that the drinks were to my liking before I left the counter. I think his name was Oscar. Thanks guys for a great visit.

Worst place ever! Got coffees and munchkins (because that’s all they had to offer) Ordered two large Iced Coffee Cappuccino Lattes and they taste like weak coffee water and milk with nothing but ice chunks, no cappuccino, no whip cream no nothing!!

This will definitely get my drink spit in, but I have had it with the rudeness at this place! They messed up my drink and then proceeded to argue with me, telling me I ordered the drink, which my daughter heard how I ordered, and it definitely was their mistake. The drink they gave me I don’t ever order for myself it’s sweet I drink black coffee so I’m not sure how that is my fault. Then now I didn’t realize the app updated and changed the drinks you can get with points they both proceeded to laugh at me in the drive-through. There is definitely poor customer service at this location. Even the main manager is extremely rude. I tried to understand that being everywhere u go is short staffed. I have been a manager for 20 plus years, and if I acted the way they do, I would have definitely been fired. The constant change in staff is a sign they need to do better.
