I came here June 22 at around 6:40 pm at the Kingman ,Az location there were 3 young girls running the register, all completely ignored me, one went to the back., talking about how they hate people after someone left the drive thru, I completely lost my desire for a Dunkin’ Donut after this bad experience, I’m so disappointed, obviously this location just hires anyone, no customer service training whatsoever ! My advice would be to hire better people! To the customers that come here I hope u don’t experience this at your visit!

First off the 2 girls were slower then slow, clueless on the register how to add no sugar or extra butter. They don’t take the DD app you can use your points or credits. Definitely a desperate stop only So keep rolling down the road.

Asked for a bacon egg and cheese bagel with cream cheese instead of american cheese and was told there was no possible way for it to be done, so I settled for a everything bagel with cream cheese. Went to eat the bagel and its burnt to a crisp. Return to the store and ask for a less burnt bagel. Employee gives me attitude for asking for a less burnt bagel. Gives me a new bagel and its almost just as burnt. Threw it in the trash.
