The staff at this location are always very pleasant. The donut selection is very lacking. I used to work at a Dunkin in Georgia and we had more that 25 different donut daily. There is not much of a selection here. No vanilla create, manager’s special, chocolate cream. It’s just lacking. Even sugar donuts come on and expand the selection a little. Like I said staff is very nice and food and drinks are as expected pretty good. Just not a lot to choose from in donut variety.

This Dunkin’ Donuts by far is the worst. As prices have risen the quality and quantity has gotten less. But not only do they make your drinks wrong and charge you a lot but also they remake it and it’s not anything better. I’ve been too the other Dunkin’ Donuts on valley and lohman and they get the drinks right everytime!!! Donuts are hard! The exact same as crispy crème donuts from picquick! Look at your receipts and what your being charged!

I keep getting over charged for the same items? Is anyone else experiencing this?A lot of the crew are very pleasant but just like any other business there are some rude employees. Keep your receipts and report any misconduct or overcharges to corporate office. If you hate your job then get another one.

Love this location. The staff is excellent! Very nice. The donuts are always fresh with lots of options. And the beverages are made to order perfection. It’s a couple of miles further than the closest DD but definitely worth the extra drive!

My family and I were craving something sweet Friday night as we were cruising discussing what we wanted to snack on, I suggested Dunkin Donut, so we went to the one on N Main, as we we’re ordering thru the intercom thru the drive thru the lady taking the order didn’t seem very nice or friendly, as we pulled up to get our half dozen donuts we paid her cash and as we were driving off I couldn’t wait so I got my chocolate donut from the box it felt hard but I tried to take a bite and it was hard as a rock and felt like it was days old, so I looked at the rest of the donuts and the frosting on the sprinkled chocolate donuts was a disaster. Looked like the were days old, looked liked they were dropped on the floor and only half the frosting stayed on the donut, and on top of it all they were all hard! I tell my husband to drive back as we were not to far away, I get off and go inside, politely tell the young lady about the donuts and again she’s unfriendly, doesn’t apologize, and tells me that’s all they had!!!! She could’ve been honest about the donuts I understand we were there right before they close donuts aren’t so fresh , but these things were hard as a rock and ugly, she finally gave me a refund as I gave her back them ugly donuts, and she was not apologetic nor trying to make it better…I was extremely upset, because what if I would’ve waited to drive all the way home and then eat my donuts and find them to be non edible and on top of that they are expensive! Not Cool Staff of Dunkin’ Donuts, if u don’t like your job please look for something else, your not doing anything good for the company you work for besides loosing customers, as we are your paycheck!!!

It’s not a dislike I thought the coffee was bitter I use DD on Valley every Sunday morning when I’m up it’s great! This store was just lacking it gave me heartburn and that’s definitely a first for Dunkin’

I stopped in and got a dozen of mixed donuts at 2 pm. I left them in the box but put the box in a plastic bag to keep them as fresh as possible for my morning coffee. ohmygoodness. I could have hit you in the head with one and knocked you out!!! They were hard as rocks by morning. I won’t be paying $14 for a dozen donuts EVER again at Dunkin Donuts. I’m done.

I am an avid Dunkin Donuts and have been for decades. I drink a lot of coffee. Whenever my 2 dogs get groomed or have to go the vet, we have always go to Dunkin Donuts so they can get a Pup cup and I always order something for me. Yesterday, I drove through and was told Pup cups are now $1 each….it’s not the money, but the principle. I declined my order and came home and made them a pup cup. Disappointed that this company is financially doing great and tons they want to charge for Pup cups!

Showed up on Sunday, June 11th @ 9:15am. Asked about their breakfast tacos and what came in them and the girl who served me was extremely rude. All of the tables were dirty and the bathrooms were disgusting. If you don’t want to deal with people don’t work in customer service.
