I come here for ice cream only. More specifically the nutty coconut . Ive alway had great service here staff are nice and polite. Most importantly patient cause I have a big family. Can’t say much about the donuts and coffee but if you want some good ice cream baskin Robin’s/dunkin is the place to go in Hobbs.

Ordered a large hot cappuccino and received a cold, half filled drink through Doordash that was not packed in the paper bag they usually use to keep drinks hot. Picture below is how much coffee was in there before I even drank any of it. That amount of coffee could fit in a small cup. I’m pretty easy going but with the cost of a large this doesn’t represent dunkin donuts in a good light.

I go to this store every morning almost and get the same exact coffee a vanilla frozen with 3 liquid sugar and 2 shots of espresso….. half the time I get the cool whip the other half I get none well when they do the whip they put Carmel half the time and I have the remake well every time they remake it they never add the liquid sugar so I again stopped the lady bringing it out and let her know….she brought me a cup of liquid sugar and said if u stir it in I am sure it will taste just fine after telling me that I need to make sure I am telling them no Carmel for a vanilla coffee for the ones who doesn’t know me…… well let me tell u a little something the Carmel only gets added if y’all add whip witch like I said a minute ago half the time never gets added to my coffee…… so I am assuming they want me to guess who is an isn’t at work to decide whether I am getting whip to tell them no Carmel

If the hours of operation are listed as closing at 9 pm then that doesn’t mean you close 10 minutes early! That means you stay open until 9:00! Hobbs Baskin Robbins, do better and as for the little girl working and smirking about it, do better. You do work in customer service and your skills are definitely lacking!

They didn’t wrap the donuts therefor the different icings got mixed with each other. 2nd and MOST IMPORTANT I ordered the new chorizo wrap and they seriously gave it to me frozen…. Yes… frozen. No heat nothing. Frozen. Couldn’t come back to get a heated one because I live too far out of town and not worth my gas.

Worst expirience at Dunkin I’ve ever had. Service is extremely slow. I ordered 20 mins online ahead of time sat 20 minutes at the drive thru and it still took 10 minutes to get service inside.

I posted a few months back that this was a good place to visit but I’m going to update my review to 0 stars. The past few months that I have visited this place they’re always out of anything that I order. Today the staff was extremely rude the window girl pulled everybody off the window and made them park waiting for their food. I went in to ask for a phone number to complain to and of course the window girl goes over to whomever it was and she comes to me and says is there anything I can help you with? She had an attitude so why would I want to talk to her. It’s hit or miss with this place and the staff has been rude every time I have went.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to 🙁 I already have to tell the servers exactly how many creams/sugars to add to the coffee which I’ve never experienced at another Dunkin. After waiting 15-20 minutes for 3 drinks and 3 sandwiches, no cream, no sugar, and the coffee tastes burnt and watered down at the same time somehow. So sad.

Horrible experience! They dont close til 9 went at 7 and they didnt want to serve what we wanted they said they only do scoop icecream, the didnt have anything we asked for. The girl who helped was super rude and even made attitude noises at us while giving us attitude.. first and last time ever going! Do not recommend at all!
