Poor experience. I won’t be back. I love their coffee, but today when I ordered a raspberry cold brew with a little milk, I received this. You can see how watered down it was. I grabbed it and left as I was walking and didn’t catch how poorly done it was. I tasted no coffee and threw the rest of the drink away and went to Starbucks instead. It tasted like watery raspberry milk and the cold foam was barely present and tasted like cheap whip cream.

Worst service! Too many employees hovering around, we walked in and nobody greeted, we stand there for like solid 4 minutes and 3 employees walked to the back ignored us and the other 3 just facing the wall standing there. They’re going “digital” like self-checkout self-order but no one says hi and they’re just laughing and talking between employees. Pretty awkward. Anyway we placed the order on the tablet and one employee sitting outside went in to dispatch the order and gave us this….. all messy and sloppy. The entire visit was with no word no thank you no service at all…. Don’t come here. They don’t deserve your money

I have frequented many Dunkin stores as it is my favorite coffee. Most are excellent with friendly service and well made coffee. This one is by far the poorest run location. Constantly out of basic ingredients like Milk and Caramel. How the heck do you run out of milk?? And not only that, when brought to their attention of poor quality the low class employees had the nerve to run their mouth at ME! Will never return to this absolute rathole location.

The thing I like about this place is I always know what to expect… disappointment. Service is always slow (the new crew is nice so I have to give it to them there), the order is always wrong, and it never tastes as good as like literally any other place.

I try to be kind because tI will do no good getting upset but the coffee at this paticular Dunkin Donuts is horrible and I live one block away from this location. Downey Dunkin Donuts off of Firestone Blvd. there coffee is very good and they are very polite.

Workers are efficient and mostly friendly. However, donuts do not seem to be of good quality and don’t really taste fresh and the general tidiness/cleanliness could be improved in the restaurant. There’s parking but can fill up pretty quickly at times as it’s shared with Wingstop next door.
