My family and I recently visited Dunkin’ Donuts for breakfast, and we had a great experience! The staff was friendly and efficient, and our food was prepared quickly and accurately. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, and it was delicious – the croissant was flaky and buttery, and the bacon was crispy and flavorful. My coffee was also great – I ordered a medium iced coffee with cream and sugar, and it was the perfect pick-me-up to start my day. My kids loved their donuts, and we appreciated the variety of options to choose from. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and there was plenty of seating available. Overall, we had a fantastic breakfast experience at Dunkin’ Donuts and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quick and tasty breakfast spot.

2 stars for the employees because they were nice ,but when I asked for a cup of water , I got a cup of salt water ?!!! Reallly ? The harsh browns came out over fried and after tried 1, I can totally tasted the burnt from the harsh brown . Do not order harsh brown because they said it supposed to be like that . OH WAIT ,AND WATER TOO. Donut was normal, you could get better Donut somewhere else.

This was our first visit to Dunkin’ Donuts in Vista as we had previously been to the El Cajon branch. We were most pleasantly pleased to see the selection of Munchkins was larger here. Picked ourselves up a bucket of Munchkins, and a dozen donuts too….lots of family to share with.

Damn never been so disgusted by a business. Lobby is open, was informed that the lobby registers were closed in lobby and people are not allowed in the lobby. One person was chilling in lobby. Asked employee if possible I could be ranged up through drive thru register, no they don’t do that, was informed that I could go through drive thru. I drive an 18 wheeler, nice job will rather take my business to another donut shop. Like yum yum or a momma n pop shop. Will never stop by a dunkin donuts ever, thanks young lady. Great customer service.

Ignore the biased reviews that are currently posted! Dunkin’ has been officially open and ready for customers as of 2/4/2020 at 4 AM. Not only did I go once at 5 am yesterday, but again at 7 am to bring the rest of my family. The first time, I went through the drive thru and not only was the service quick, but the workers were very kind. The second time, I went inside and the place was packed, but they still managed to work quickly to help each guest. They did make a slight error on my order, but that’s always to be expected from a busy grand opening. The shift leader was also kind enough to offer me an extra specialty donut just for the inconvenience. Overall, this Dunkin’ is a big hit and expect to see it thriving here is Vista!

I tried this DD when they first opened last year, and all the food items tasted like burned plastic. I assumed it was all the new machines they were using or new user error. I tried it again today and the food still tastes like burned plastic. It’s too bad.
