After having back surgery, I’ve decided to call DoorDash to have my order delivered that this be an excellent solution to my immobility issues, as well as my hunger … boy was I wrong! Ordering was quite easy give you suggestions and selection and I chose to have a croissant with sausage and cheese and Half dozen donuts for my family. I ordered Shelley glanced cream filled. I received powdered donuts and chocolate whipped cream filled four of them. My bagel was stale and cold with an egg and bacon thrown on it. Not happy at all now I’m calling and no one’s picking up… I’m seeing a solution and I’ll just find their level of incompetence or Customer Service lacking. I realize it’s only donuts, but people take pridein what you serve , And then this is your level of how to do a good job that’s really patchy.

I’m from New England and I was so looking forward to grabbing a donut and some coffee at my fav place. But what a terrible experience. Not only was the entire staff rude and obnoxious, they were downright nasty. If I could have thrown my coffee and good at these losers without getting in trouble I would have. Sad, low life losers working at this location. The only saving grace is that they go back to their loser lives while we go back to the peaceful, fruitful existence we get to live. They deserve their loser circumstances with that attitude

I tried their avocado toast. May not have been gourmet and fancy like the restaurants but still satisfying and not overly priced like other places. Is it the best avocado toast I have ever had? No but it was enough to satisfy my palate. I love that they added the everything bagel seasoning. They were also very friendly and helpful about getting me a dozen assorted donuts.

Every time you come here they say they are cleaning the oven and or are not making food or drinks. They also have people waiting in line instead of asking them to wait out in the front holding the line. Hard at work I would say. Just close down this Dunkin and relocate.

The 1 star is for the donuts. I’m parked out here now seeing how mad the employee with glasses is because she had to clean my kids mess. They’re kids. It says online “good for kids” NO ITS NOT! We came in and it was just cleaned at 6pm when they close at 9pm, it was even wet with no CAUTION WET sign. Since the moment we went in they were rude for the simple fact that they had just cleaned and knew we were about to make a mess. I ordered a avocado toast and it was so small with bearly any avocado with no bacon and no seeds!my husband goes back and all they do is add whole bacon.

This used to be our favorite place to get coffee and breakfast. Now, I would rather just spend the extra money and drive the distance to go to Coffee Bean. You are lucky if you find that they actually have what you’re ordering, because most of the time they’ll tell you they don’t have it, and you have to settle for something else. In addition to this, the once great customer service is sub-standard. It’s a shame to see how badly it’s gone downhill.

Hello. I am thoroughly upset and dissapointed with this Dunkin. It was a long day and I wanted to stop at Dunkin’ Donuts. I got to the location at 8:29 and the doors were LOCKED. This restaurant does not close until 9 PM. I believe this is illegal for FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and deserve a free donut. You lost a customer.
