Visited the Dunkin’ Donuts for the first time. We had free donuts from the CSUB basketball game so thought we would try it out. Very reasonable service no wait which was nice but we arrive right before lunch. The store front and inside where very clean but it w as not that old so that was to be expected.

I had a very unpleasant experience with an employee named Michael. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was trying to place an order and he was too busy on his phone to pay attention to me. The grinder notification was going off loudly, and it was obvious that he was not focused on his job. While everyone has their own preferences, I found it unprofessional for him to be looking around instead of working.

They have a young man with shaggy hair (at the Brimhall location) who stares at you until you pay him. Then doesn’t say a word to you the entire time or after he hands the coffee. He should not be at the window. He should be in the back hidden. Oh and it’s unprofessional he has an earbud in. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with him.

This guy Michael is the rudest employee ever. I went to order and he was just on his phone. You can literally hear the grinder notifications go off. Like sir you should do your job instead of looking around who is by while you’re working. Too each there own but buddy it’s not professional.
