This place is just terrible when it comes to service. The people who work inside don’t pay attention to nothing. I had to wait at the counter for 4 minutes while they’re just talking and giggling. Once they took my my ordered it was one simple drink but they took forever to make it then once it was ready they didn’t call my order out they went back to talking not giving a care in the world unitl I had to go up myself to see if was ready then they decided to have an attitude saying “it’s been ready just get the drink” I didn’t even have a chance to ask for napkins. None the less the drink was great. I would not come to this dunkin’ Donuts best to go somewhere else where they care more.

I might of been too excited but I love Dunkin’ Donuts I am so happy that they came to Southern California. Since this is a newer business area in Lancaster it is super clean and food tastes great! There is lots of variety of coffees and donuts of course! Drive through and mobile orders on the go is available. Easy fast and cheap but dont forget delicious!

This location is really terrible. You can see it from the corner but pulling in is another story. You have to be going west on Ave K turn in legally. No U turns in this area. If I were you if you miss the turn I would just keep going till you find another donut shop. They weren’t that good.

These donuts ate the best right now. Because lately every other Donut shop the donuts taste like old oil. It’s pretty disgusting. But not with Dunkin donuts. No oil taste at all! These are the best donuts I ever had. Better to go inside and order and see exactly what you want. Bur you can go thru the drive thru if your in a hurry and don’t want to get out of your car. It’s always very clean inside and organized. Employees are kind, not to talkative tho. And your never rushed. No big lines or crowds of people. You can be in & out in less than 5 minutes same with drive thru. Highly recommend if you want a good tasting donuts with lots of options to choose from. Hope this helps.
